Review Time
I had an issue with renewal and ended up with two accounts running with only three devices. I did not pick up the issue last year. Bitdefender refunded the charge for last year's extra account and made this year's account free--more than I asked. It appears that Bitdefender's payment vendor did not sync with Bitdefender's account information. But maybe I missed something. I can't be sure. Whatever happened, Bitdefender made things right. I'm glad, because I like the product and Bitdefender continues to rate well by those who review it. I wanted to keep the app on my devices. Thank you, Sorin and Andre for helping me with this issue.
Been a Trend Micro user for the last 8+ years renew my subscription 5 weeks ago and nothing but issues. Spoke with Bitdefender rep. before buying and they answered every question I had and also explain why I was having the issues I was having. Outstanding service to start off with.
