Excellent customer service staff left with a steaming pile of $h1t to deal with by Bitdefender. Had a discount offer via email, and another through my account (I'm an existing customer) but when you click to buy, the price is double. Then I spent almost 2 hours of my precious time trying to sort it out. Honor your offers!!!
I don't get the positive reviews they must me fakes... Bitdefender blocks everything making it impossible to navigate to your normal 200% legit website like your internet provider!!! They put a message saying it's not safe??!!! Ridiculous it's FIZZ own by VIDEOTRON and you blocked it, you blocked my downloadable PC games and half of my favorites apps!!! Stay away if you don't want to be frustrated each and everyday!!! Now I asked for a refund after 5 days and they better give it to me or I will complain to BBB!!! You have been warned!!!
there is no help when things go wrong.i tried to renew my subscription and never received a number to activate my renewal.there is no phone help and the tutorials don't answer your questionsi finally found a phone numbeer on the internet.aftergetting hung up on twice after waiting 8 minutes i finally reached them and they handled m y problem
I've used Bitdefender for years because I believe it's the best for personal home security. Customer service at times isn't as helpful as it could be, but don't give up because you will find a Tech Support rep that will exceed your expectations as I have. I've also learned that other main providers use the Bitdefender system themselves. So I figured why not use the source system. In addition, the price is right.
I apologize for not seeing your response until now. The Trustpilot responses were in my Junk Mail folder. I thank you for your offer to help me and will contact you since I truly wish to experience optimal Bitdefender protection. ~~~~~~For two years I have been paying for a Bitdefender Total Security subscription and I have seen little to no protection activity on my iPhone (the only device I currently have been using the “protection” on). Even when I used FREE Bitdefender mobile apps on my android phone I saw a plethora of scans, blocks, warnings and so forth. But since 2023 I have yet to see 1 OBVIOUS text message flagged, even as Junk (this last one came through as an iMessage but was from an easily-identifiable bogus email address!). To add salt to the wound: I can never get HELP but am deferred to “Community Forums.” I am being protected so well that I have had more account breaches (small unknown Credit Union account) & more of different varieties than I did BEFORE I PAID for “protection!” I am VERY careful and thought I could finally have some freedom to actually function in the digital world, but I feel utterly UNPROTECTED & with no support or oversight! (P.S. What order number? From my purchases? From my non-existent Case #s?)
July 2024 installed 2 lots of 10 licenses on all our devices - our kids even in other countries - installation flawless, no problems, and has worked behind the scenes for everyone ever since. Central management works great but not needed as no problems !Does intercept bad websites, etc. Background updates don't impact using the device.Excellent product, well Engineered. Good value. Highly Recommended.
