They can't even keep their orders straight. One person tells me one thing, the next one says something completely different. They have messed up my account 3 times now. They promised to ship me a modem and then cancelled the whole thing. Total incompetence. I see here on this page of reviews that most people only give 1-star like I did. That seems legit. If there was another fiber company in the neighborhood I would go with them, but it looks like I'm stuck with AT&T.

Yonah and Raissa claim to be customer service reps from the Amazon complaint team. They will hide you have complained, not resolve it and be very condescending. Amazon failed to deliver my parcel as it was damaged in transit and they refuse to take complains forward or offer refunds that you don’t have to chase for days. Yonah claims no one audits them and they can no have a complaint about themself and no one can ensure they are practicing with understanding and professionally. Yonah claims not to have a supervisor. Please see their chat from 13:00 hours onwards on 12/04/2025.I have a print screen and chat record of them refusing to take a complaint. Yonah ended the chat.

If I could I would give Lego no stars at all. For a start service is far to slow which is annoying .I bought my husband a VW camper van. It has been more trouble than all the lego sets I have bought over the years and there have been quite a few.Building has been stalled three times by missing parts that I have had to send away for. Every time you send for these bricks it takes at least 10 days to arrive so this lego set has been sitting on my dining table for well over six weeks and now as hubby approaches the final stages there are even more parts missing! Having just bought the lego grand piano costing over £300 for a Christmas gift I can only can only hope and pray we will not have the same problems. If we do, its going back. I have no intention on going through all this again. I see there are other brands of online similar to lego and I am thinking of trying those in future and see what they are like.To all those who are tempted, I would say DO NOT BUY THIS CAMPER unless you have the patience of a saint.

Horrible company, try signing up with a VPN. Enjoy the experience. I know, I know we're more difficult to track and make money off of when you can't steal our information. What can we consumers expect? An honest, company that looks out for their customers, nahhh one that would put your children in chains if it improved their bottom line just 1%. F u, spotify anyone with 1/2 a brain would realize there is many other ways to get a much better streaming experience. Even YT FREE beats you hands down. If it wasn't for your guys snagging up JRE, you wouldn't have nearly as much success forcing us into your prison of a music app.

Stay away from this company! Completely set up to scam people in my opinion. The 7-day free trial is a way of drawing you in. They then make it very confusing about what you are opting out of. I ticked the do not automatically renew button (thinking this would end my subscription after the 7 day period) and was charged. They bury the way to cancel under a number of other options making it very unclear. I am doctorate educated and i could make head nor tail of it. Will be seeking legal advice because when you want to cancel you get a standard response where the best option is to pay tem £10 and so you can cancel! This suggests that many many others have done the same thing.(Reply below is useless because I have already done so and they have refused to refund the £40 …)

Drumroll please got there today and the items they said they were out of were in sacks but couldn't find the order from the night before not on the app as well! Something has to give is it really that hard to pick items?! Manager was nice and gave two gift cards

Gimmick-filled with a barrage of hard-sell intrusive upgrade ads, all of which slow down an already pitifully slow service. There is a 'finalising' process after you have waited so very long for your file to upload, nothing can happen to files waiting to upload until that finishes - if it does not finalise, which is common, you have to start again. They are hell-bent on getting you on an annual plan probably because most people will be cancelling within a few months.Delete your data before you delete your account and hope. Cancel your subscription before you delete your account .. if you fail to do any of these you are in for an uphill costly battle against an expensive-to-call unhelpful customer support.

They have ruined this cruise for us. I felt a little yucky in stomach and the quarantined us and made us miss our excursion into Bonaire. This particular boat has ONE plug in the entire room. I have been a loyal customer and advocate for them but this cruise is right out of hell.

Don’t trust this company! Their customer service and related departments are absolutely atrocious. Let me explain - I tried to get an account with them planning on using crypto and trading funds. With my first purchase using $50,000 USD to buy ETH they immediately placed a “pending” status to conduct an internal review on me to ensure the platform remained safe for everyone else! The email noted that it could take up to 48 hours. I started to get concerned when my account was in “Pending Status” close to 48 hours and I had only received six questions that I promptly responded to. There afterwards, getting more concerned I started requesting help from customer service (requiring a ticket) submission only to be given the run around without any resolution. I talked several times customer service CHAT realizing that they could not help me. I tried to contact Customer Service again requiring several ticket submissions without any resolution. 72 hours had passed without any resolution. It was soon 96 hours! I was about ready to flip out without any explanation for what they were doing. I had already submitted 5 or 6 tickets! I had no idea what was going on. After approaching 96 hours they realized that I was getting upset. They decided to elevate the issue. In this meeting (I’m told) they concluded that that my account may be exposed to financial risks! Therefore they were not going to give me account. They provided no other explanation or documentation to support their conclusion. I was really upset because I really needed and wanted to make a crypto payment. They finally released my funds on a Saturday, provided that I would withdraw my funds. I had lost over $1,100 by now changing back to USD. Monday was holiday and still my account was essentially in a “pending” status. Seven days later my account is still in a pending status, because my funds still had not been returned to me. Kraken essentially shut me down over a seven day period and provided no explanation for their actions! If you do business with this company you are crazy!
