I just had a question for Support. As with the other 2 times they answered within a few hours with a step by step paragraph which helped me do what I needed to do. I was very impressed again with the speed of the answer but also that they really knew what they were doing.
Makes it supper difficult to install on other computers as they want your email so they can charge you 3 times as much when they auto renew and you forget to turn it offThis is the only reason they force you to use an email address and make it impossible to put on other computers without one.Their is no need for email addresses to download the product as you have the passcode that comes with the product.Emails address is for the bill they send you when you forgot to turn of auto renew and they charge you 3 times more than the product is worth.Nobody want or needs this but they will not remove it as they want to scam its costumers in this way
Experienced and competent support. I have come to trust the antivirus and malware protection as it has intervened on many occasions to prevent breaches of my IT, and where issues have occurred they have been persistent in resolving them. Happy to recommend.
I found the customer support very uncaring and useless. I was lied to in an email to resolve and issue, followed all the steps as well as wasting 3 days of time trying to resolve a simple issue. Did what they recommended and then they turned around and said a link they sent me was incorrect and I had to do the process all over again. Don't waste your money on this product, especially if you want support and not be lied too. As you've asked the Ticket Chat is 1010086283 and 1010084993. My contact details are on them.Don't you hate bad marketing, they come on these to reply about your review and say we're here to help, so jump through a few more hoops to get more information. Guess what, gave them all the information and didn't hear a word. THIS IS PR and not support of a longer term customer at all. Please if your looking at this company, don't bother if you expect support.
