Don't use them. Go to anyone else, I was a customer for 13 years. They don't send proper notifications and then try and charge you erroneous redemption fees of hundreds of dollars plus your renewal fees. Horrible customer service will keep you on the phone for hours. Don't waste your time or money.

I'm loving the platform but wish the landing pages were a little more advanced for marketers. Nothing Clickfunnels craziness but maybe a notch down from Leadpages and in that ballpark. Just a suggestion but what do I know you guys are great though keep it up and thanks for all the help....

1) my phone was disabled twice months apart. The other day my phone was disabled for 5 hours, the day before I could make calls. Yesterday I found out my second phone they set up 11 months ago could not receive calls, they fixed it today. But they would not credit my account for the non working phone. I went to two different AT&T stores, the first one said they were a satellite store, so they sent me across town to a “main store” and they said they couldn’t do anything either. I pay $140.00 for two phones, now with my new different wireless provider I pay $130.00 for 4 phones. Thank you AT&T! And my internet cost went down also! I would like to thank the awful service techs, and support staff for saving me money. Without your attention to do nothing, I would have never changed my phone, my internet, and my family’s phone and internet!

Everytime I download a file (which, as I'm a uni student, is many times a day as I download my lectures) a large pop-up window appears from McAfee to say it's scanning my file, except it covers a chunk of my screen and freezes there, with no way to get rid of it.Luckily I got this product free with my laptop, would never pay for something designed so poorly.

Absolutely full of items marketed with fraudulenty deceptive false information. No, a random small flashligh with an AA battery will have neither a 800.000.000.000 lumen light output, nor a 500.000.000W wattage... No quality control of items. About a quarter of my orders I ever ordered from Wish came faulty in some way. Damaged/ incorrectly assembled by the factory/ wrong color/ etc...Useless customer support.Previously if something faulty came, then I could get it refunded without a problem with the chatbot.Now, blind and brainless customer support agents reply with useless copy paste messages and refuse to refund the CLEARLY faulty items, even though clear proof has been submitted. Not to mention how support asks for video proof even if on the photos the problem with the item is obvious and clearly visible, yet if you try to upload a video the ways THEY tell you to, it does not even work, because their system is so broken. No, random customer support puppet, putting more fuel into a car that has no wheels will not make it a functional car. Just like how charging a UV flashlight that came wrongly assembled from the factory, with a big random plastic piece left inside between the LED diode and the lens, blocking the light, it will not fix it. Charging a lamp will not make a big plastic bit that was mistakenly left inside suddenly teleport back to the factory where it should be in the trash.And NO, the item was NOT "thoroughly checked for quality before delivery". That has to be the most ridiculous lie to write to customers complaining about an obvious absolute lack of quality control.Do you Wish to push your customers away and send them over to your competitors, who are many and more? Well, Wish? THIS is how you do it.

Very arrogant and frankly offensive in their tone.I held an Amex for at least 20 years, and in all that time I have never once failed to pay of the full balance in time. They wrote to me advising that they had 'reviewed my account' and as a result felt that I may be having difficulty paying and therefore needed to put up my interest rate.I wrote back to them asking them to explain their offensive letter and there response was along the lines of 'thank you for your letter telling us you are having difficulty paying'. They basically didn't even read my complaint let alone answer it and simply found a slot to pigeon hole me in to. Put me in the 'customer with payment problems' slot even when my balance at the time was £nil. The thing is I don't give a stuff what rate they charge me. I've never paid them a penny in interest and never will but their arrogance towards their customers is appalling. So I don't use my Amex any more and it used to be my card of choice - shame.
