Great software easy to use and configure, works in the background and doesnt use a great amount of system resources. Backed up by an outstanding customer support who always come back and reply to any issues you have quite quickly, also listen to what you have to say and advise solutions which for me have always been satisfactory.
Such a convoluted login process just trying to reach Forums in order to inquire about false positive detections. When I login with password protected account, it asks for Displayname, and then appears to run me down an account creation trail so access to forums is NEVER attained,
Auto renewal was applied even though I had stopped it when I subscribed !! I only found out when I received an email confirming my payment. This was at 4 am. The only way I was able to stop the payment was to contact them by phone.Emma managed to get me refunded, however, it will take up to 7 days !!Funny that they can take payment immediately, yet take 7days to give me a refund !!I wait with bated breath .
