Had an issue verifying my account & received an error message code 7599.. I did have initially to find the chat function but found it eventually. It was sent via email to another department who contacted me telling me it was my VPN... Once I did that it worked...
Very simple and user friendly. I grew so tired of the mammoth, convoluted, over bearing, behemoth of a mess that is Norton. Bitdefender is straightforward, no hidden bs, doesnโt cost as much or chew up a mass amount of space on the computer. I like the app as well. Great experience thus far
They make it very hard to cancel and when you contact support to cancel they ask a bunch of questions you cannot answer. I would avoid at all costs due to this. I signed up in good faith and instead of rewarding me as a customer they are preventing me from cancelling my subscription.
It's a great product. Doesn't put stress on performance, defends nicely, support is always there for you when you need it. Totally worth the money, 10 out of 10. Greatly reccomend it to anyone who looks for good yet affordable AV and other related products.
I've always been impressed with Bitdefender Squad's customer service, which is consistently first-class. I would particularly like to highlight Nico, who recently helped me. Not only did he solve my problem quickly, but he did so with professionalism โ a true testament to the quality of Bitdefender support.
Very disappointed with this service due to lack of support. I constantly get a "turn on app anomaly scan" alert, even though it Is ON and has been since installation. I've tried numerous locations for customer assistance, but cannot get any help. $100/yr and I get no more assistance than I'd receive with a free service. I'm really frustrated and feel, once BD has your $, they couldn't care less about you. My app anomaly and download scans show Zero performed since I first purchased BD in 9/2023. I was already a victim of IDT in Summer of 2023 & I purchased the top tier BD service to protect me from further assault, but I don't feel like I'm being protected. The customer service, even the community support kind, is nearly non-existent. If you cannot find your problem via search (and you Never can) you're just screwed. I'm going to review other products before I decide to renew my annual BDS subscription. It's unfortunate, as BD has the potential to be an exceptional product if the company provided even rudimentary customer support, but it doesn't.๐
Cancelled my auto renewal yet they still took the money explained in their website this was money kept for food etc all I get is my complaint is taking longer then normal STAW AWAY scan artists absolute disgrace
