f I can give att negative I would. The worst internet service ever. I live in a small two bedroom apartment and the internet sucks. The internet comes on and off whenever att likes it too. It’s the worst fiber optic service out there. I have called many times in a month telling them the internet sucks and they keep giving me the run around that they think they are going to fix it. I called just about every week telling them nothing is fix for changing me $150 for some tech to come to the appointment for 10 minutes and still the service sucks. 1. The tech don’t even speak proper English. I have such a difficult time to fix anything. 2. The tech was scheduled from 12 - 4. Didn’t show up until 6 pm. Lost all day work waiting for a tech but att changed me $150 for your stupid tech that don’t speak English and didn’t do much. 3. Att lies. The techs lies and tell you what you want to hear but at the end none of them understand English and they didn’t know what to do.They just want to take your money and don’t give a shit.Your service SUCKS!!!!!!! Happy customers don’t have the need to complain. I have been trying to used att service for over one year. A lot of disappointments for someone whom is a first time att user. Will never ever recommend att service to anyone. Not ever to my worst enemy.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. They have been charging me totaling over $240 AFTER I canceled my plan, purchased a different one, and was not using the services. They make it impossible to cancel a plan. I ended up paying for two plans while only using one app, after months I was finally able to contact support people and they were extremely rude, and one canceled my plan without me asking and ended communication. I love the adobe suite but I will not purchase again because of how awful this experience has been.

The interface is ineffective. Sometimes the same question will be asked multiple times in different ways but the system pushes me towards using one of my allotted questions to ask the questions in again. I really value having 2 to 3 versions of an answer because it helps me see different approaches to a question. They are slowly getting rid of this redundancy. The answers are not consistently helpful. Answers are typed in a way that is very difficult to read. I get the sense there is no quality assurance in terms of access. Answers written by hand are the best. Of the type of questions are good. Most types questions are illegible. Many answers are wrong- specially the ones made by Ai. Overall, about 4/10 questions a reference here are helpful. The high number of wrong questions makes me doubt all the answers I see. I’m sure it’s helpful for subjects like introduction to calculus but for advanced statistics, it is a waste of money.

I got scammed in Marrakesh by a listing that doesn’t exist. In the same place of the listing was another hotel, in the reception they told me the hotel I was looking for didn’t exist. They pretended they receive many people with same problem. After several failed customer service contact attempts in the Agoda app, I managed to contact them through the website. They refused to solve my problem.

I’m very disappointed with Agoda’s treatment of customers and their cashback policy. I had a confirmed and fully paid booking (ID: 1401037833 at The Pinaki Residency), for which I earned AgodaCash. Without any prominent reminder, it expired silently.When I contacted support, they acknowledged my concern but refused to reinstate or offer even a partial goodwill gesture. I was told "this is the maximum we can offer," which felt dismissive and robotic.Letting earned cashback from paid bookings expire—without warning—is not just poor practice, it’s unfair. It’s not a promotional discount; it’s a form of refund or loyalty return that customers trust. Agoda should prioritize long-term customer satisfaction over inflexible policy enforcement.This experience has made me lose trust in Agoda’s rewards system and customer service approach. I’ll be reconsidering my future bookings and encouraging others to check policies carefully before using Agoda.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with Agoda’s service. Despite the hotel clearly stating they are willing to refund me free of charge, Agoda is outright refusing to return my money. It’s beyond upsetting that even after the hotel directly emailed Agoda to confirm the refund, they still refuse to follow through.This experience shows a complete disregard for both customer satisfaction and the hotel’s own refund policy. Agoda is clearly more interested in keeping the money than doing what’s fair and right. I’ve never dealt with such poor and uncooperative service — it’s incredibly disheartening and unprofessional.

I just want to take the time to thank and appreciate Santano from Hayes and Harlington TFL staff at around 1:30am I had left my bag in the train (GWR) and it had valuable things inside. This gentleman did everything in his power to call up other stations to look for the bag!!! I am extremely grateful and thankful for him as he eventually managed to get hold of someone who found my bag and i would also like to thank all the staff in slough as they managed to keep it safe which i am so incredibly happy about. Thank you so very much for your hard work in general and for doing your best and being successful in finding my bag. You’re all a star
