SIMS 4. After an update on the app my games are inaccessible. The error codes are useless as is the "help" provided on the forum. The same issues have been reported by the hundreds, going back a couple of years. Why is this a consistent problem? You are stealing from us. We pay for a product, so we expect to be able to use it. There must be consumer rights related to this. As usual with these ridiculous companies, its near impossible to speak to someone directly.

You can't even get started with Claude before being told you have run out of messages. How can I evaluate how well it's checking my code? It returns some corrections, which generate further errors, so I post the errors and before I can resolve a programming problem, I've run out of messages. I was tempted to buy the $20 package but it seems you are still limited, judging by other reviews. Anthropic really needs to be less stingy with its credit system because they're just going to lose custom to ChatGPT. A shame as it looked like it had potential, but if I pay for something, I don't expect to be restricted.

Their phone promotion was never applied so I'm paying double per month and no one can eeeevvverr seem to fix it. Always some back team thwt needs to apply the savings and oddly enough. This company has gone right down hill o er the last year they constant lie and pass the buck there warranty ain’t worth the paper it’s printed on,6 times they arranged a repair agent to come out and t time no one arrived the washing machine blew up and had to get an electrician to come out as we are pensioners and don’t know what to do as it knocked all our electric out at a cost of £80,then they decided to refund me and I was to purchase another which I did and they said they would pay for the taking out and fitting the new washing machine which I thought was good of them,but when I sent the invoice to them they refused and said they can’t do it I was wrongly told this in fact I have the recorded message on my phone of them saying they would pay and also an email to which they just don’t care and said there is nothing they can do as I was quoted wrongly I will never ever use amazon again what a disgusting service from the all this and literally 20 phone calls of over an hour each time no notes on their end on the computer under my name nothing what a crappy company but don’t use them they are all trouble and ain’t worth it trust me

My car had been vandalised due to a court cases I was receiving a call from police and had to pull over to compete the report.I switched off the engine of my new to me car and after the call it would not start.I called AA and I had upgraded to personal cover and I was charged 75£ accused then of not paying road tax on my zero exempt car I demanded a refund and asked for the transaction number it was refused.I received a call from the accident department a male demanded three hundred pounds to attend as I had mentioned the word vandalism ( the car had been dented the day before) I refused and after three hours I was helped by two taxi drivers both working in Uk maybe not the country of birth.They helped me and fixed th e issue of a connector.I called AA to complain The staff refused to take a complaint expect one person Abbay who was fantastic,I asked for a refund of premiums they refused Two females lied to me directly one called me racist for saying that the AA staff had been incompetent and tried to scam cash.I arranged cover with another company and called to cancel cover and the staff member refused to give me id details for financial transactions ( refund ) kept telling me that they were afraid and eventually checked the cancellationNo refund of premiums AVOID STAFF ARE INCOMPETANT AND DEMAND CASH FOR ZERO REASON

Company does not seem to exist, at least not when it comes to termination or support. Not legal. No address, no imprint, no e-mail, the support e-mail addresses that are stored in the confirmation and with Paypal do not exist. No confirmation of the termination and payment requests continue to be sent. No invoice was issued for the payment, which was debited again via Paypal, although there is no longer an account due to termination. Website very opaque and no product and price descriptions.

extremely bad customer service. almost impossible to cancel subscription. this should be illegal. if you can register online you should be able to cancel online. calling an 0800 number that keeps you on hold for a long time is very inconvenient and sometimes impossible when trying to make contact from abroad. there is more,but all you need to know is AVOID!

My boyfriend bought me a £100 voucher for Christmas last year, I added it to my account, but then I realised I had a duplicate account and forgot password, and the old account was linked to an email I no longer have access too. No attempt to help me, even though I’ll be able to give all my personal information. Happy to delete this review if they can transfer the credit to my correct account

I don't live near a Hallmark store so I had ordered from them before without bad results.This last time I was ordering for my elderly father to receive the cards to send out to my siblings. They arrived so late both birthdays were missed. No communication from Hallmark in the meantime to explain any delay. I will try elsewhere from now on.
