My car had been vandalised due to a court cases I was receiving a call from police and had to pull over to compete the report.I switched off the engine of my new to me car and after the call it would not start.I called AA and I had upgraded to personal cover and I was charged 75£ accused then of not paying road tax on my zero exempt car I demanded a refund and asked for the transaction number it was refused.I received a call from the accident department a male demanded three hundred pounds to attend as I had mentioned the word vandalism ( the car had been dented the day before) I refused and after three hours I was helped by two taxi drivers both working in Uk maybe not the country of birth.They helped me and fixed th e issue of a connector.I called AA to complain The staff refused to take a complaint expect one person Abbay who was fantastic,I asked for a refund of premiums they refused Two females lied to me directly one called me racist for saying that the AA staff had been incompetent and tried to scam cash.I arranged cover with another company and called to cancel cover and the staff member refused to give me id details for financial transactions ( refund ) kept telling me that they were afraid and eventually checked the cancellationNo refund of premiums AVOID STAFF ARE INCOMPETANT AND DEMAND CASH FOR ZERO REASON
