I don't live near a Hallmark store so I had ordered from them before without bad results.This last time I was ordering for my elderly father to receive the cards to send out to my siblings. They arrived so late both birthdays were missed. No communication from Hallmark in the meantime to explain any delay. I will try elsewhere from now on.
