Lost £100 voucher on duplicate account

My boyfriend bought me a £100 voucher for Christmas last year, I added it to my account, but then I realised I had a duplicate account and forgot password, and the old account was linked to an email I no longer have access too. No attempt to help me, even though I’ll be able to give all my personal information. Happy to delete this review if they can transfer the credit to my correct account
