extremely bad customer service. almost impossible to cancel subscription. this should be illegal. if you can register online you should be able to cancel online. calling an 0800 number that keeps you on hold for a long time is very inconvenient and sometimes impossible when trying to make contact from abroad. there is more,but all you need to know is AVOID!
