This company has gone right down hill o er the last year they constant lie and pass the buck there warranty ain’t worth the paper it’s printed on,6 times they arranged a repair agent to come out and t time no one arrived the washing machine blew up and had to get an electrician to come out as we are pensioners and don’t know what to do as it knocked all our electric out at a cost of £80,then they decided to refund me and I was to purchase another which I did and they said they would pay for the taking out and fitting the new washing machine which I thought was good of them,but when I sent the invoice to them they refused and said they can’t do it I was wrongly told this in fact I have the recorded message on my phone of them saying they would pay and also an email to which they just don’t care and said there is nothing they can do as I was quoted wrongly I will never ever use amazon again what a disgusting service from the all this and literally 20 phone calls of over an hour each time no notes on their end on the computer under my name nothing what a crappy company but don’t use them they are all trouble and ain’t worth it trust me
