Not able to access my account to pay my credit card bills. This happened in the last 3-4 weeks . Never had a problem for the last 20 years.Have been in touch with Customer service. Have been in touch with Tech.site.Getting in touch with both these departments has been a nightmare.No one at the Macys store in Broward Mall has been able to provide any concrete assistance.WHAT A MESS. WHAT HAS GOING ON WITH MACYS AND NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!

Worst piece of software I've ever used. I'm using a family subscription. Been hanging on the support for around 10/15 cases, which in most times the solution is not on them but on me, where I have to make a lot of adjustments in order for the software to work. Not 1-time adjustments, but a big checklist of adjustments I need to make daily in order to make everything work. From blacklisting certain website pages with absolutely no results to the whole app not working when clicking on it, forcing me to reïnstall LastPass extension every 2 days. Or putting in wrong passwords connected to the wrong account to a buggy use where I need to copy username and password, but LastPass closes itself after copying the password only where I'm forced to search for the whole account again to copy the username. Not very easy to use / user friendly.

I booked a Cruise tour on Nile river in Egypt with 2 months in advance. We fly to Cairo and, after 2 days of chatting with GetYourGuide support and money already paid, the day before starting the tour we find out that the tour operator cannot arrange the tour anymore because of missing flight availability (we receive this message just 10 hours before taking rhe flight). So we are in Egypt without any tour organized and without any possibility of assistance from Getyourguide because they could not do anything with the tour operator… I find this ridicoulous for a big supplier like Getyourguide, and they risked to destroy our vacation plan. We spent 1 day on searching new options and loosing money too because we had to rebook new fligths on new dates.

I applied for a Capital one card and was approved with a good credit limit but later was rejected even though I have an excellent credit rating on Experien reference agency .I contacted Capital one complaints department and they could not give me valid reason for the rejection .Very poor and lame response from them and blaming the rejection on internal lending policies .I will not apply for another card from them and nor will recommend them to friends and family .
