For the 1st time in 18 years. They are going to lose a loyal customer icmver false advertising and lies. Their phone promotion was never applied so I'm paying double per month and no one can eeeevvverr seem to fix it. Always some back team thwt needs to apply the savings and oddly enough. They just never do. I'm tired of calling. I'm looking for a new company. It's sad.
