Unhelpful customer service.I am within my rights to ask for a refund for the packs I bought worth £100.00 for Sims 4 as I am not satisfied with the play and I hit dead ends left right and centre with the customer service team. They are so blunt and unhelpful, its crazy how they are such a big company and they have no idea how to speak to their paying customers or help with anything, just straight up 'cant do that, thats the rules'.

Review of brevo
My experience with Brevo has always been seamless and great. The interface is easy to understand and very intuitive. And above all, the support team is fantastic and always takes time to understand my questions and concerns. I highly recommend it to anyone!
Review of philips
My led tv 32 inch power board was replaced. It took more than 2 weeks + overcharged a sum of ₹3700/-.worst service in India. Philips company has to do some massive improvement in the service of customer or you are doomed in next 1 or two years. Please take it seriously. M from Dimapur Nagaland. A concerned customer 🙏

Review of deepl
I am a paid subscriber (DeepL Pro) and find DeepL to be glitchy. I am using the Windows app now, and the translation from Spanish to English will not load. That happens every now and again. I also get messages to the effect that "the server is overloaded, so translation may be slow." Furthermore, any emails to DeepL have not received a response, not even had an autogenerated response indicating they got my email. I want to support them and have paid their fees, but they don't want to support me.
Review of aaa
Well I have been a paying PREMIER customer for over three years and never before required service. The one time I called and only needed a battery jumped off, after waiting for three and a half hours in 90+ degree heat, my wife arrived to jump my battery. Of course, she had to drive an hour and a half, one way, after she worked all day, to get to me. When she got there I was soaked with sweat and just wanted to sit in the A/C for a few minutes. Never saw AAA! By the way, I am 63 years old, but you can't relay the circumstances to a robotic call. Trust me, when you call, you won't talk to a person, you just get a menu to push a button for. The first hour, or so, I would get a robo-call saying I was on the queue. Then the calls stopped and I figured I was forgotten at that point. I will be canceling my membership since it is obviously completely useless and a waste of money.

Don’t put your family at risk! I purchased AAA Homeowner's Insurance three weeks ago. Today, (June 9, 2025), I received a cancellation letter in the mail stating that my policy was being cancelled as of June 8, 2025. I didn't even receive their cancellation letter until the day after it was cancelled! (As we all know, it is almost impossible to find new insurance if you are currently uninsured.) AAA gave me zero days to find a new insurance company before cancelling my policy! In the cancellation letter, AAA stated the reasons for cancellation as: 1. “Due to restricted dog breed.” Since when is a Great Pyrenees a restricted dog breed? I told them I had a Great Pyrenees when I filled out the online form to receive a quote. I also told the agent that sold me the policy my dog’s breed when she asked me what kind of dog I owned. Reason 2: “The condition of the roof (worn, patched, and lifting shingles).” I had a new roof put on three years ago; my roof is not in bad condition. I have also received horrible customer service from the AAA agent that sold me the policy. Afer gladly taking my money, she disappeared! She has not returned one of my texts or messages and she did not email me with the information and documents that she promised to email. Not to mention, she failed to call me, text me or email me to let me know my policy was being cancelled.
Review of typeform
What I love most about Typeform is the ability to customize my surveys and quizzes with a different look and feel each time. Their options make the forms feel personable and aesthetically pleasing. I love the modern look. It's also very easy to analyze responses with their report feature that summarizes everything - or you can quickly scroll through one by one for details. I choose Typeform for all of my survey, quiz, and form needs. Thank you for what you do!

Review of alibaba
As a selling platform, the quality of the products of course depend on the individual company you purchase from.Alibaba simply serves as the platform and for mediation should issues arise. This mediation process is incredibly broken, however. I've received counterfeit displays which are of much lower value than was agreed upon in chats and the product listing. The seller / scammer was, unsurprisingly, not very helpful. The dispute process then begins with a 2-day "evidence collection" phase, after which Alibaba is supposed to mediate. However, they basically comment nothing worthwhile and simply start the next 2-day "phase"; likely trying to bore the customer out of engaging with their scammy sellers.Compared to sites like Geekbuying, AliExpress and Temu, Alibaba customer support is nonexistant and does not value the customer at all.

As a small business owner who has been on Facebook since 2007, I am absolutely disgusted and furious with how Meta treats its users — especially the small businesses that have helped build their platform.Recently, my personal account was suspended simply for sending private messages to local businesses to build a networking group. No spam, no bots, no harassment — just one business owner trying to connect with others. This was my first ever violation in nearly two decades of using Facebook, and the punishment? A total lockout. No warning. No explanation. No human to speak to. Just a soulless, automated system with zero accountability. What Meta has done is not just unfair — it’s unacceptable. I manage multiple business profiles through that personal account, and now I’m completely cut off from them. They have the power to erase years of work, connections, and effort in a second, with no regard for the real lives and businesses affected. To add insult to injury, there’s no real appeal process. No human support. No accountability. You’re just expected to accept their decision and move on. For a platform that thrives on user-generated content and relies heavily on small business ad spend, this is nothing short of hypocrisy. To other small business owners: be warned. Meta is not your partner — they are a threat. If they can do this to me, they can do it to you. There is zero protection for small businesses here. Don’t build your business on a platform that can take everything away with no notice, no logic, and no recourse.I’ve had enough of Meta’s arrogance, greed, and disregard for the people who keep their platform alive. We deserve better.
