Review of facebook
As a small business owner who has been on Facebook since 2007, I am absolutely disgusted and furious with how Meta treats its users — especially the small businesses that have helped build their platform.Recently, my personal account was suspended simply for sending private messages to local businesses to build a networking group. No spam, no bots, no harassment — just one business owner trying to connect with others. This was my first ever violation in nearly two decades of using Facebook, and the punishment? A total lockout. No warning. No explanation. No human to speak to. Just a soulless, automated system with zero accountability. What Meta has done is not just unfair — it’s unacceptable. I manage multiple business profiles through that personal account, and now I’m completely cut off from them. They have the power to erase years of work, connections, and effort in a second, with no regard for the real lives and businesses affected. To add insult to injury, there’s no real appeal process. No human support. No accountability. You’re just expected to accept their decision and move on. For a platform that thrives on user-generated content and relies heavily on small business ad spend, this is nothing short of hypocrisy. To other small business owners: be warned. Meta is not your partner — they are a threat. If they can do this to me, they can do it to you. There is zero protection for small businesses here. Don’t build your business on a platform that can take everything away with no notice, no logic, and no recourse.I’ve had enough of Meta’s arrogance, greed, and disregard for the people who keep their platform alive. We deserve better.

All went well for first few months then the web site on my desktop stopped giving me access for some reason. I told them this and they want me to be a seller but I can't get in to the site with the page coming up as error. The app works ok so something not right about all this. Started using Rumble instead.

Review of ikea
Ordered online for next day delivery of a chair only to wait most of the day until 2pm to see my order had been randomly cancelled in an email. Trying to contact anyone to figure out what actually happened is useless. I have been in the chat queue for over 30 mins with no response.
Review of bitwarden
I was a paid freelance Password Manager and Antivirus Software reviewer/ advertiser at a big marketing/ review website. My colleagues and I continuously advocated to have Bitwarden in our lists, despite the fact that they didn't pay us for any affiliate marketing like most of the top-ranking password managers. This is because it's crazy affordable, really secure, open-source, and pretty easy to use. I quit that job years ago but I've kept Bitwarden on all my devices. It has a bit of a learning curve and there were a few Quality of Life details that I didn't figure out for ages -- look on YouTube or look at their Help Page! But yea, it's a great product, way cheaper than most competitors, and I'm pretty sure they aren't mining your data like most password manager companies probably are.

Review of wordfence
I had a Wordfence issue and put it up to support at 13:36, a response was had by 14:23. So, 47 minutes later from Phil. He correctly identified the issue as being derived from Javascript, and with his suggestions, the error was identified and corrected.Very professional, Very knowledgable, Produced lots of info needed to sort it out. I could not ask for more!

They know they are selling faulty and low-quality products and they are banking on things not breaking in the first 30 days. Likely most the bad reviews dont' get posted cause mine didn't post for months until I really insisted. I bought a couch from Zipcode Design that just broke from daily use a little over a year after purchasing. Mind you I weigh less than 130 pounds, so I was shocked when I heard the crack when I sat on it. Tried contacting them, no help.
Review of Shopify
Shopify, along with the majority of associated supplier companies are Chinese based entities. If you are considering opening a Shopify store, you must speak fluent Chinglish. App. instructions, tutorials and general communications are all composed in a language that is confusing, misleading and in many cases inaccurate. In addition to the language barrier, you will have to navigate a plethora of "steps" in multiple apps. which use confusing terminology and leave you wondering, "What does this mean?" and "What do I do now?" To access customer support, you'll have to stand on your left foot, hold your right hand in the air, hop in a counterclockwise direction and chant the magic words... in chinglish, of course. Overall, navigating the Shopify website has been akin to attempting to decipher the, "Instructions" that came with the "some assembly required" Chinese dresser which my wife ordered for my daughter last Christmas. Fortunately, some common sense ironed out the issues with the dresser instructions.
Review of mailchimp
Customer services is nonexistent. I had issues with billing and they basically told me they cannot refund me. I had recently cleared out thousands of emails and was billed incorrectly. They rather me pay for a service that I did not need then have integrity in keeping a customer. I have never needed to reach out to customer service as I go about my business but now I know that if I ever need help, there won't be any. Yikes!

We had a horrible, terrible experience due to the hotel staff at the desk. Her name is Holly Anderson. She claimed she is the highest manager for this place and did not have to rent us a room. Why🤷🏼♀️ I have no idea. She was very rude as if she was a very hateful type of person. We did nothing to deserve how we were treated at this place. We were not rude we simply just needed to book a hotel room. She tossed my card back at me she charged me the full transaction twice and I am still waiting on my money back. She got very loud and obnoxious with me. This was the worst experience I ever had trying to stay at a hotel honestly. We always have used Holiday Inn express but NOT NO MORE! This Holly Anderson was VERY nasty to guest. I do not recommend if you have kids to stay at this hotel. I even seen her being nasty with a truck driver who needed a room for the night. I don't recommend and I will let all my colleagues family and friends know NOT to use this hotel! This was located in Westampton NJ. Not only her but they also have soap in the bathrooms. The bottle that says conditioner is absolutely NOT conditioner. I'm pretty sure it's more body wash🤦🏼♀️ my hair felt horrible after I tried using it I had to run out to Wawa just to buy soap and conditioner and body wash. The bathroom door locked when my son shut it and we could not get it open, the staff couldn't get it open and told me to use my mother's bathroom (her room was across the hallway) finally I ended up getting it open and we made sure not to shut it again🤦🏼♀️ the buffet breakfast is a table that they put snacks on and u have to ask the rude women at the desk for them. When u ask for 3 of one item she acts like it's to much and it's very uncomfortable 🤦🏼♀️ just all around bad stay! I definitely don't recommend for kids.
