The more I use it, the worse it gets... It still can't do basic word count and it takes at least 5 prompts to get it semi-right. I am using the paid version since they released it.I wish I could add screenshots to show you how the thing has been replying with "I'm here to help with any questions or tasks you have. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know!" for 10 times now after specifically stating what I need...

Ordered a uv bulb for a koi pond. Instead was sent a $1 child's tie. Called customer service to initiate a return. Had to take the child's tie to the ups store and send it back. While i was at the ups store noticed 5 other customers doing Amazon returns, this was alarming because of the time of day and I live in a small town. Waited a few days because I noticed no refund has been issued. Called customer service again and was informed it would take 2 weeks for a refund. Found the bulb at 1000bulbs.com for $10 less. Never using Amazon again..

We had such a horrible experience with Japan airline because they switched our airport destination and caused for a delay of over 2 days. However, Norma from Schedule Change Department was very patience and assisted us through out the whole process to obtain new booking for our trip back to Vietnam

After being on hold for an hour Ms Stump @2:45 must have been having a bad day. She overtalked me. Did not give me a chance to finish answering a question. I had her on speaker my roommate witnessed how calm i was as opposed to how this lady talked down to me. She was very rude. This is not the first time I have encountered this. The IRS has the rudest customer service employees. no matter how nice you are to them they are nasty and degrading to the customer. I am sick of talking to people who think I have to be afraid to express myself because I have to pay taxes. We are adults and deserve mutual respect. If you don't like your job, seek another or get therapy. they should record and monitor every call! this is ridiculous.

I did the ancestry dna and I must admittedly say how disappointed it was. It matched me to people who where in my family tree who where not related to me in any blood capacity but said they where a dna match. This leads me to believe if you already had a family tree on ancestry they just use that to try to give you a sense of how much they have matched others to you.

When trying this it, appears to be scam, Generally bad customer service and no money back. (I tested this with a bank account that I later closed after cancelling it to prevent bad issues). In addition it seems to put spam advertisements in youtube videos which are already full of (more legitimate) ads.
