Certainly overpriced

Certainly overpriced, I read they had benn ripping off Tchaikovsky for years! Also saw a documentary where Walt Disney was said to be racist ? A very greedy company I think. As for their series A Small Light too many inaccuracies. Still I suppose it’s a series on Miep. Bel Powley and most of the cast are excellent, but I do question Disney doing these things.

Find another platform if you send mass emails!!!

At first I thought I finally found the perfect platform to send emails for my business I love the user interface and all of the other feature the platform has to offer, but where they lost me is they suspended and then banned my account without giving me any reasoning on why that decision was made and when I "appealed" it if you even want to call it that they did not point to anything I did wrong and just copy and pasted their policy never citing a specific infraction or any action I took that would breach the policy or agreement they cited. In closing I would reccomend against using this platform if you do any sort of large scale email marketing because they will construe anything you do to kick you off and wont explain a thing its not worth your time.

Horrible! Scam! Can’t get help! No way to find it on their website

I booked a hotel a few months before I went out of town. The hotel went under new management and canceled my reservation yet booking.com said my reservation was confirmed! Booking.com has NO way to email them or a contact phone number on their website! They take you from place to place with ZERO resolutions! I had to google the phone number since I could not find it on their website. Such a joke. Tried to respond to the email they sent me and then it said the recipient is NOT a valid email! So I could NOT even reply to them! I asked the customer service rep to call me back (we spoke on the phone) and she said “we don’t have the capability to do that”! So they sent me an email which did not take me responding to what they said! They told me that they would request a refund from the hotel and that if I booked another hotel they would cover the cost up to $68 AFTER my original price! Which means that even though the refund takes 7-10 business days and per the email up to 30 days I had to respond another $320 of my own money to book a new hotel room and if it went over the $320 they would cover up to $68! So if I got a hotel for $100 they would not cover any of it! So if you don’t have money and are on a budget I would NOT book a hotel through these guys! HUGE scam! They do NOT take care of their customers! This site needs to be shut down! Then I asked what were they going to do because no I had to cancel my vacation plans in that area and stay with family 2hr away even though people were counting on me being there they told me they would do NOTHING and hung up on me! I was kind on the phone and not being rude. But they don’t like it so they HUNG up! People need to do a class action lawsuit agains them for them ruining trips that were paid for! Time to take them to court people!

How to dodge the cancellation fee

Read this if you don't want to pay the cancellation fee! I got around it. Like many people here, I fell into the 'annual subscription, but monthly payment making it look like a monthly subscription' trap. I wanted to cancel and had to pay 100 euro extra while having just a 20/month subscription. I went to the Adobe website and asked the AI assistant (bottom right) to have me talk to a real person, which happened. After explaining repeatedly that due to personal circumstances I simply couldn't pay the subscription anymore, let alone the fee, they waived it. I know the FTC is on top of them for this practice, and some EU watchdog probably as well, and I guess they are afraid of some class action lawsuit. Which they deserve, but this was easier. Bad and expensive product, worse and more expensive practices. They lost another customer forever.

A lings a heating repair company came…

A lings a heating repair company came to repair my boiler on Christmas eve. Subsequently the engineer from A lings blew the fan on my boiler. Leaving me with no heating and hot water over Christmas and New year.To add insult to injury they have charged my insurance an extra £450 for the fan they destroyed. I have to pay £210 of that on top of the £350 I had to pay for the original repairI am livid. They even charged me another £38.42 for a part I may or may not need and left my family heartless over Christmas and New Year.

I made my initial payment and got to look at 3 questions until it says I have to resubscribe. I had something due later that day so I just clicked it and about 5 questions later I have to resubscribe and I did thinking it wouldn't charge me but then I check my transactions and it charged me 3 TIMES like what a total scam and I go back again and IT STILL ASKS ME TO RESUBSCIBE WITH NO REASON.

Becoming voracious and nasty

I've used Agoda for c.15 years. It is always hit and miss: sometimes you can pick up a good deal but at other times they will use all sorts of ploys to con you.Like now.Currently in Australia, mainly Marriott but a couple of Holiday Inns. Rate on both was inflated but you don't have a choice against the dreadful IHG Best Rate Guarantee which is never enforced.Agoda's rate dropped by 15% so I duly applied. The larger one came back refunded within the hour but the smaller one took ten days and about 20 emails. Sharky.Then, when checking in - Sydney - found that the rate had plummeted. No chance now to resolve but crappy way to treat people.Agoda and Booking are linked but Agoda tries to pass off Booking as a third party. It isn't, at least under the law in my home country.As others have written, they will screw you over using their regularly changing rules. They have been fined in more regulated environments but sadly are able to get away with this stuff elsewhere.

I went to pick up 2 blouses my wife ordered on line. When I got to the pick up counter the clerk kept me waiting for several minutes. He came back clutching the blouses in his hands, no hanger, no bag. He literally walked, took them of the hangers, and handed them to me.

I have been with them for 14 years I’m going back to YouTube premium spotify has not had phone support for 9 years if not definitely more any service you pay for in America you should be able to call and talk instead of all this typing back and forth that does not solve anything they are not bbb accredited because they don’t except the trust agreement with the bbb I also feel like they violate my right to speak and force me to type back and forth that should unconstitutional in some way shape or form these cooperate companies just want to walk all over people so after being a premium member since 2014 they raise my rate and with all the restrictions when if you pay for YouTube premium it does not matter if your family member lives with you or not so I even asked if I could do a duo plan with my son 1/2 time he lives with me and the other half with his mom he also is a full time college student in upstate had a dorm room there and they said I could try but when they send him an email and a different area comes up it might clash with there policies so they are even trying to control a plan with my own son it shouldn’t even matter if my so or daughter lives with me or not there my kids smh

If I could get Negative stars for this company I would. I have had nothing but numerous problems with the customer service and their website messing up their customer service not being helpful making promises that are not fulfilled not following up on issues when I've been trying to reach a supervisor for over a month now. Ordered all new appliances oven arrived damaged reached out to them for that they said they'll send a replacement and sent a microwave what a waste of time keep trying to online chat and have even called asking to speak to a supervisor getting the runaround and being completely ignored about it. Not to mention the long horrible process that it took me to get these things ordered because of their website and their customer service rep. I have also sent them multiple emails now trying to reach out to get these issues resolved have yet to see or have you reach out from them on these issues because they clearly do not care about their customers. I will never support this company again

Will never purchase another Samsung…

Will never purchase another Samsung product. Tried buying 2 online for the black Friday sale, one purchase went through and the other won't. They keep canceling the sale saying there's a payment problem, even though we've tried using the same card and other cards as well. Had someone else try buying for me, to pick up at a best buy and the site shows that the best buy store we're at doesn't have any (yet the best buy employees said there are plenty of them here). Samsung support does NOTHING to help... just keeps sending the same form email without reading anything about what the problem is, and without even trying to help. Said we should purchase through one of their retailers.... yeah right.... not paying $1000 to buy a phone from your retailers when the black Friday sales are only available through Samsung. They have no idea what customer support means.

I shop here frequently without difficulty. The rating is for their Clicklist. I have previously had minor errors in my Clicklist without saying much, but tonight did me in. I placed an order yesterday, with a pick-up reservation for today at 6p-7p. At 5:45 pm, I received a message that my order is "running behind" and I can pick-up between 7p-8p. That was fine for me because I am a nurse and my shift was running over anyway. So, I arrived at the Jeffersonville Kroger at approximately 7:27p. All the spots were filled, so I had to wait. When I was finally able to pull into a spot at 7:38p, I spoke to a female voice after calling 812-288-0010 and was told "your order is not ready". I said "when will it be ready? I reserved for 6p-7p and got a message that it was rescheduled to 7p-8p". The female voice said "it will not be ready until tomorrow". I said "well, that would have been nice to know before I sat here and waited". I was received with a smart alick remark of "I am sorry. Our system is messed up", with a wretched tone of voice, then the female hung up one me.>I called the main Clicklist customer service to cancel my order and was told to call the store directly.>I then called back at 7:53p and spoke to a male voice. I said "I want to cancel my order". The male said "uuhh, ok, it's canceled". That was it. No regard to customer service at all. I am completely done. >side note-I have used their delivery service via Instacart and received impeccable service!! I highly recommend paying the extra cost for that because I have had one too many mishaps with this Kroger's Clicklist situation.

Review of blackmagicdesign

ZERO customer service wasted £300, feel absolutely gutted!!

I started a little YouTube channel and used the free version of davinci resolve to edit my videos and for 2 years I had absolutely ZERO problems. Then blackmagic changed something because everything I edit even old footage that's was already edited has a audio sync problem that gets worse with the more cuts you make! I asked the company for help but I just received an automated response basically saying they don't offer support with the free version and I'd need to buy the full version of davinci resolve studio so I did.. I was really happy to start recording content again but it was short lived as the audio sync problem is still happening, I contacted blackmagic support again (new ticket) I explaining everything in detail including full system specs and again ZERO response! I spent £300 on the software as I got the bundle including the speed editor (the speed editor NEVER connects easy, it's always a 10 to 15 minutes pain in the ass process) and I can't edit ANYTHING.. I have emailed them 3 times over a 7 day period and just received the same generic automated response saying someone will be in touch shortly but it never happens!!!I'm autistic with other disabilities so my little channel was everything and gave me a purpose, before that I used to play with razer blades on christmas day and I struggle to use software like this. I would only use the ripple cut to cut down a 3hr video to around 1.5hrs then render entire timeline (yes I had the chain lock on) but now I can't do anything and I'm absolutely SHOCKED at the lack of help i have received and DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING THE FULL SOFTWARE!!!! Lucky for me I purchased the speed editor with the license included for around £300 and it was under 1 year ago so I'm opening a case with UK trading standards and they have already agreed to send out a warning letter given Blackmagic 30 days to repair/replace or refund me. If you are new to editing use the free version if you can get it to work but I absolutely 10000% don't recommend buying the full version just because the customer service is none existent and the speed editor is horrible to connect. It wasn't originally but between Microsoft's garbage updates and blackmagics lack of support (firmware or drivers) to keep it working correctly is as bad as there customer service!!! At this point I have basically wasted £6000 plus setting up a studio with 4k cameras and a powerful pc running a 4090 all USELESS because of davinci resolve and the poor customer service, that's a bitter bill to swallow trust me.. 😣Ps before editing the footage is fine and I used it fine for a long while, looking on Reddit there are PLENTY of other people experiencing the same problem.

Don't fall for this trap

I'm a new customer, I activated the BLUE card, later I bought 350 EUROS in CRO to level up and request the Ruby Steel card, then I contacted support and guess what? They are charging me $50 to change my level! At no time was this CLEARLY informed, it was only AFTER I made this stupid thing that I learned that I have to pay $50 to change levels, in addition to being stuck with 350 euros in CRO which on today's date lost HALF of the value. Don't fall for this trap, look for other options like NEXO.io, BINANCE etc.
