I booked a hotel a few months before I went out of town. The hotel went under new management and canceled my reservation yet booking.com said my reservation was confirmed! Booking.com has NO way to email them or a contact phone number on their website! They take you from place to place with ZERO resolutions! I had to google the phone number since I could not find it on their website. Such a joke. Tried to respond to the email they sent me and then it said the recipient is NOT a valid email! So I could NOT even reply to them! I asked the customer service rep to call me back (we spoke on the phone) and she said “we don’t have the capability to do that”! So they sent me an email which did not take me responding to what they said! They told me that they would request a refund from the hotel and that if I booked another hotel they would cover the cost up to $68 AFTER my original price! Which means that even though the refund takes 7-10 business days and per the email up to 30 days I had to respond another $320 of my own money to book a new hotel room and if it went over the $320 they would cover up to $68! So if I got a hotel for $100 they would not cover any of it! So if you don’t have money and are on a budget I would NOT book a hotel through these guys! HUGE scam! They do NOT take care of their customers! This site needs to be shut down! Then I asked what were they going to do because no I had to cancel my vacation plans in that area and stay with family 2hr away even though people were counting on me being there they told me they would do NOTHING and hung up on me! I was kind on the phone and not being rude. But they don’t like it so they HUNG up! People need to do a class action lawsuit agains them for them ruining trips that were paid for! Time to take them to court people!
