Will never purchase another Samsung product. Tried buying 2 online for the black Friday sale, one purchase went through and the other won't. They keep canceling the sale saying there's a payment problem, even though we've tried using the same card and other cards as well. Had someone else try buying for me, to pick up at a best buy and the site shows that the best buy store we're at doesn't have any (yet the best buy employees said there are plenty of them here). Samsung support does NOTHING to help... just keeps sending the same form email without reading anything about what the problem is, and without even trying to help. Said we should purchase through one of their retailers.... yeah right.... not paying $1000 to buy a phone from your retailers when the black Friday sales are only available through Samsung. They have no idea what customer support means.
