Review of eventbrite
"Your ticket is now on your iPhone" reads the message. Except it never arrived. Jumped through loop after loop to book being told there was no record of the event but the event was showing on my laptop but not on the phone app. Should you wish to endure a frustrating hour or so then use this company. If not avoid it!

No guarantee on anything. I got ticket for somewhere and the venue got relocated and I was no longer interested and asked for refund and didn’t get any update on that. I called and said I need you to check for me. He literally told me the steps I already did and said he can’t help any other way and hang up on me!! Really bad customer service with no guarantee

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with your customer agents. They have demonstrated incompetence and misled me into agreements without transparency. Despite my specific service requests, they chose to proceed differently. Due to these issues, I have decided to cancel my lines.
Review of philips
Device ok, warranty processing notI bought Philips toothbrush. It worked nine months fine but then it started to clatter. I contacted Philips customer care by phone and explained. This was the start and after it it was required ten email contacts and two phone calls to get new device. Every Philips contact on their side started with apology but nothing more happened. It took excatly two months before I got new device. I can't recommend Philip. Quality of this China bulk is not like it was during old good Philips time.I sent this judgment to Philips to be published on their toothbrush product page but they didn't do it. It is against our contents rule, was the explanation.
Review of mcafee
Forgot about a McAfee subscription with auto-renewal until the charge went out on my credit card today. On their website, it states you can request a refund within 60 days of the charge by calling their customer service.Called the 0800 number expecting the conversation to take 2-3 minutes tops. It took 27 minutes and 25 of those minutes were the customer services rep trying to convince me to keep the subscription - even though I made it clear I didn't want it. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor multiple times. Finally got the refund sorted but wow - worst customer service I have ever received.
Review of chegg
Personally, after contacting customer support they didn't solve the issue, nor did they refund me the full amount of questions back that were wrongly answered. I feel this isn't fair since I am paying for the correct answers to help my learn, but instead I'm supported with only half the expected help. The only positive out of the encounter was the decently fast response, otherwise the actual result wasn't nearly as helpful as I had anticipated.
Review of bestbuy
I’ve had the absolute worst experience with Best Buy, and after everything I’ve gone through, I will never shop here again once I use up my remaining store credit. Their complete lack of accountability, misleading information, and horrendous customer service have wasted hours of my time, and I was fully prepared to take them to small claims court to get my issue resolved.I participated in a trade-in promotion for a new phone and a gift card. On the day of my trade-in, the store had no stock of the new phone, but they still took my old device, promising I could pick up the new phone later. Then, after two weeks of me going back and forth to the store and making countless phone calls, I was suddenly told that the promotion had ended and that I wouldn’t be getting the new phone. To make matters even worse, Best Buy had already shipped my old phone off to who knows where, leaving me without a phone, without a replacement, and without any resolution for over a month. The store held my property with no updates, no accountability, and no solution until I escalated the issue to the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and was ready to file a small claims court case. Only after I made it clear that I was serious about legal action did they finally start taking me seriously and work toward a resolution. They issued a store credit instead of phone since I already purchase another one elsewhere.Since I had store credit from that nightmare, I used it to buy a dishwasher with installation. Before purchasing, I called to confirm what installation included, only to find out that Best Buy’s so called "installation service" was a joke all they do is connect 2 water tubes and charge $180 for it, which I could have done myself in 30 min or so. Had I not checked, I would have been completely misled about what I was paying for. I canceled the installation, and while I did receive a refund, it was short by $60 for no clear reason. Another ridiculous waste of my time trying to sort out their mistakes. When the dishwasher finally arrived, it was damaged. I then spent another week on the phone trying to get a replacement, followed by a two week wait for it to arrive. This process should have been simple, but Best Buy made it an exhausting ordeal. Now, I’m dealing with yet another issue. I was promised a rebate in store credit for my dishwasher purchased that was supposed to be provided by the manufacturer in form of a discount, which I was supposed to receive as a gift card since I paid with store credit. But instead of simply issuing it, Best Buy gave me the runaround yet again. After spending 1.30 hour on chat getting nowhere, I was told that the online team "cannot issue gift cards" and given a generic support number as if that would help. I’m done With Best Buy!!! This company has wasted more of my time than any other retailer I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service is a nightmare, their policies are misleading, and no one takes responsibility for fixing their mistakes. The only reason I’m still dealing with them is because I want store credit they promised to honor from the rebate program. Once I’ve used it, I am done with Best Buy forever. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, take your business elsewhere, this company is not worth even 1% of your time. I hope they will become bankrupt! All their numbers shows they are moving toward that one day.
Review of zillow
Zillow is quick to respond when a person shows interest in a home. However, almost every agent they refer doesn’t follow up after the initial call. When you get an agent that makes an effort they almost always have no experience and no support staff to help them. Use another home app if you need a home within a timeframe. If you aren’t in a rush, I guess they may be ok. But keep in mind you may be competing with Zillow for houses now!! They are actually purchasing homes here in GA and I was bidding on a house and found out they were as well!! That was it for me. I don’t know how that’s even ethical. But right now nothing is in real estate. Everyone is trying to make $$ and I even know of an agent that bought two of his own listings.
Review of typeform
I first encountered Typeform when registering for an event, and the simplicity and elegancy of the form design stood out right away. I love Typeform's extensive design customizability, countless add-ons that make it easy to integrate form responses with other services, and the variety of unique question and text types that make it very powerful. While there are some limitations for the free plan, it's enough for personal use, and I've made countless forms that always serve the purpose.
Review of theepochtimes
I can always count on the Epoch Times to give me the stories the mainstream media are completely ignoring or actively suppressing because they don't agree with their slanted viewpoints. The reporting is refreshingly honest and spot-on!
Review of parallels
You have to purchase a new license of windows when you upgrade from an intel Mac to a M1 Processor Mac. You cannot just port it over as I have in the past. This is not the same seamless experience I have enjoyed in the past when purchasing new apple hardware. So, I do not call this "Fully Compatible".The advertising is misleading by omission. For a long time user like me, I am disappointed. I do not want support to fix something that was never explained prior to the upgrade. It is misleading advertising and very time consuming with additional expense. BTW, You have my number you did not call. Do not imply you will call to help. You clearly do not have any sort of a workaround that will not cost me extra $ for more software. Have a good day. :) Steve
Review of org
I've found my membership to be worthwhile, simply because of the wide array of attractions available. I don't like sometimes having to pay an additional fee to gain entry, having already paid for membership, hence 4 stars not 5, but they do some good work
Review of economist
The Economist is a great magazine but they make it so hard to cancel a subscription- awful user experience having to call up Singapore from New Zealand to cancel when you can simply begin a subscription online. Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age.The lady on the phone said my subscription would expire in October and my access would be cut off then. I had to ask for an immediate cancellation with a refund of the unused portion (which is what they’re currently processing), she did not offer this which is super under-handed and sneaky.

Their way of verifying real people is extremely bad and unreliable.Their customer service is the Emperor, and if you upset them, they will ban your account and give you no reason. It's even harder to get your money out after you've been banned, they'll have you face verified over and over again, then you'll have to wait for a notification, and after a few days you'll get an email that doesn't solve anything. And so on and so forth.Stay away from this junk exchange.
Review of braintreepayments
Absolutely ridiculous. Customer support does not exist. Tech support does not exist.Fraud support does not exist. If you sign up, you'll have nothing but problems.Half of my transactions just disappeared in their merchant account. Braintree says that everything was credited to my bank account but it was not! I'm now looking for legal advice on this theft.
