IKEA Works With Terrible Delivery Companies

As I had a recent back injury I opted for the delivery to floor for my KIVIK sofa which was an extra service. When the delivery people came, they took the boxes out of the truck carried two small packages to the floor and left the third big one on the ground level. Prior to my order I did the necessary measurements and I was 100% sure all of the pieces would easily fit in, that's why I ordered it. The delivery people didn't even try to fit it in. They just left and said it won't it in. I tried to tell them I did the measurements and I was sure it would fit they said they have a lot of experience and they do not need to try it. Because the box was blocking the entrance of both my apartment and my downstairs neighbor we had to take it up ourselves. Contrary to what the delivery people claimed, the box did fit and it was possible to move it to my floor without taking apart, and I have photos proving this. Now because of this incident, my back injury which was already bad is worse and I can't kneel. I am furious about the quality of service I received. I wouldn't have ordered from Ikea if there wasn't delivery to floor.

Bait and switch

This seemed like a total bait and switch scam. I was given several quotes and and then scheduled the service by phone expecting the quotes to be valid. When the plumber arrived their quote was almost triple what I was expecting. When I called home advisor to complain I had to repeat the whole story to at least 7 different people and ultimately was told that I should have known to pay for fixed price deal despite it not being mentioned when I agreed on the phone to the service. I am frustrated , angry and feel like this company is totally untrustworthy. Buyer beware.

I am watching Jessy Water’s program and don’t understand why would he show a woman who used to be a Trump supporter telling from the stage that he is mocking behind the door his supporters??? Moreover it is not true as Water says. What for? I don’t think a real supporter of Trump and Republican Party would show such thing to republicans auditorium. I don’t understand the point of this. Except to show Trump in a bad light! I am very disappointed!! I just don’t see that Fox really supports Trump and wants him to win. And this isn’t the first time I am noticing that one way or another Fox News tries very smoothly and carefully undermine Trump’s reputation. Disgusting.

PCI and surcharges

I loved clover, they have a great support team and are usually really responsive. However, they send a PCI compliance notice to you every year to get the machine secure for credit card usage. If you cant figure it out or fail it costs 70$ on top of your current monthly bill. They will charge you 50$ a year to do it for you. I called many times to get assistance with this but unless I paid the fee, I was SOL. Turns out that we couldn't become PCI compliant because my equipment was out of date. I was never told this and it definitely was not mentioned when I failed compliance. They charged debit transaction surcharges above the federally mandated amount which you wouldn't know unless you dig into your statement. Because of the work we do we cannot pass on the surcharges and in my state we should only be charged 2%; we were being charged 3+% on all transactions. Essentially they pushed the liability on to my company by saying that we failed PCI compliance so they held no liability if anything was disputed and charged us for the difference. Next they set us up with a system that is for a much larger company with a larger amount of payments on credit cards. This meant that the other monthly charges were excessive. I am new to this and they took advantage of that. It cost our company a considerable amount of money and the fact that the liability would have been on us is criminal. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

I've not really had much success with CareerBuilder. I get automated emails after applying thanking me for my interest, but I have never had a callback for an interview for any job I've applied to. I get a lot of solicitors who say they got my resume from CareerBuilder offering me the chance to go to work selling insurance for some insurance company no one has ever heard of. I'm sitting here right now trying to think of one job interview that has come about as a result of a job I was interested in and applied to, but I can't think of any.

Do not buy Asos Premier

Terrible Frustrating and ignorant customer service!Date 20/12/2024I understand this is holiday season and everyone is busy. But that doesn't automatically justify how you deal with your customers.I have placed a relatively large order and it has been divided into 4 parcels, before placing the order I paid for Asos Premier to get those, AS ADVERTISED, 'The Next Day'.Well ordered on 18th afternoon and todays 20th and half of my order is 'NOT RECEIVED BY DPD' yet. So you can imagine 2 days after ordering, it's not even dispatched yet so logically it would take at best another 2-3 (if not lost or cancelled entirely which has happened before). Thats not the worst part. As I said it's holiday season and I can understand things may take longer than usual. Problem starts when contacting their help centre. After taking order number and looking it up they reply with a generic pre written message 'we're sorry you haven't received your order this will be investigated' any else I can help you today? Then Im asking a follow up question, -"what is your policy for asos premier membership if orders not received within Advertised timeframe, their reply? -"Don't worry we're investigating it-"Im sorry but we might not be home in 3 days. What does the tracking number say on your end?-" don't worry, anything else I can help you with?Obviously felt ignored as they weren't even reading what I was asking.So went on their website to find an email so I can make complaint about both how the chat was handled and my Asos delivery cost.THERE IS NO EMAIL.Contacted the live chat again and specifically said that I wanted to make complaint, they're like."Im sorry you haven't had a good experience, can you tell me what happened."To which I replied that I don't want to talk about the parcel but to make a complaint about the customer care. She's like noted, whats your parcel number OMG!So basically,You won't receive your orders NEXT DAY (dont pay for asos premier membership)You wont be heard if needed any help.Again this was a large order for myself and family (almost £800 worth)And thats how you get treated.Thanks for reading hope this will help you make decision on your next shop.

Second order in 2 weeks that just hasn't arrived. I then have t contact customer services multiple times, just to be told they need to investigate while hanging on to my money. The only reason I would should at ASOS is convenience and every interaction has been anything but CONVENIENT!

Dishonest and won't refund me properly

Dishonest! They have been refunding my returned orders with vouchers instead of to my original payment method, even though I returned the items in the required timeframe. They sneakily 'add' extra days as I'm returning from Australia to the UK, so that gives them a dishonest excuse to give a voucher instead. Now I'm stuck with vouchers and can't use multiple in one order. On top of it all, shipping to Australia is over $22! COMPLETE RIP OFF. They stole my money and are holding it hostage. DONE WITH ASOS FOREVER.

This company is tricky

This company is tricky. I was using the Free app, but somehow they started charging my AMEX card.A representative of Apple was supposed to help me to cancel the paid subscription (which I never asked for), instead she advised me the wrong way to cancel it. So it was as if I wanted the subscription.I found this a couple of days ago through a nice, honest representative of APPLE. She did apologise for the woman who guided me 😑 wrong!I’m very disappointed.

Yelp is a trash bag company Yelp is by far the WORST company I have ever seen, or dealt with.If you dont Advertise with them, they will not allow you to remove your listing , and somehow I have reviews that are negative, from people that we have no clue whom they are. They should have a Class Action Lawsuit against them. I would be 2nd in line.
