Maps with Incorrect Information - Bad Customer Service

They sold me two maps that are incorrect and REFUSE to return my money including shipping costs. They have indicated that the maps are 'artistic' and printed as shown. Yet I was buying them to better LEARN the information on them, so how would I actually know if everything is correct? That seems like the job of the map maker / seller They said I should have inspected them word for word before receiving them, but who would do that with a map, like say, one you bought from Michelin? I am extremely disappointed and will not order from them again. And I suggest that anyone else who is looking for maps or anything where you want the correct information to be printed on it find another site to buy from.

I was charged with a anual renual of their anual membership, but I don't use their services often so I forgot to end my membership. I called them to refund me and they cancelled my membership and refunded me with no hassle. Very good customer service.

Do not pay for uberone!!!

Do not pay for uberone, the customer service is awful, they close conversations, they ignore you, they make you feel stupid.They entice you with free incentive like disney and then tell you, you can't get it as the offer was till 23rd of May.. when your activation email clearly states 1st of June when you signed up and the disney activation code also says 1st of June but it doesn't work. Then customer service ignores you!

G-Pro Wheel and Pedal bundle…

Ordered a G-Pro Wheel and Pedal bundle from Logitech website. Both wheel and pedals showing as in stock, with 1-2 day delivery time. Was given a delivery date 2 business days after ordering, so far so good. Took delivery of the wheel ONLY, no sign of the pedals. The ONLY way to attempt to contact sales support is via a web chat session. Tried and was told that dispatch of the pedals would be in 1-2 days, ok, not great but I guess I’ll wait again. 3 days later, zero communication from Logitech so chased them again, was told they had a backlog of orders but dispatch should be imminent. Ok, waited another day. Checked website and pedals are now showing out of stock, with no estimated “in stock” date. Still zero communication so chased again on the web chat. Was told they may be receiving stock the following week, so played the waiting game again. Have now received an email to say the remaining item in my order (the pedals) has now been cancelled. Thankfully I was only charged for the wheel, so I don’t have to chase the half wits in India for a refund on my pedalsAVOID THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE RUBBISH AND IGNORED

Disappointed as a Long-Time Customer — Payment Accepted, Service Denied

I have been a loyal ExpressVPN customer for years. Back in 2021, I successfully purchased and used their service through crypto payment (BitPay), and even once received a refund without any issue.On May 27, 2025, I paid the full amount of $99.95 in Dogecoin via BitPay — ExpressVPN’s official payment processor. The payment was fully confirmed and marked as completed. However, BitPay then asked for ID verification, and rejected it due to my nationality (Iranian). As a result, no account was created, and I received neither access to the service nor a refund — even though the invoice page showed “Refund Available.”The small difference they now claim in DOGE amount was never mentioned at the time. More importantly, I had no control over the amount — it was automatically calculated and locked by the BitPay/ExpressVPN system. As a user, I could not change or adjust it. If there was truly an issue, it should have been rejected before accepting my funds — not after.I’ve spent weeks talking to ExpressVPN support (Ticket #29753721), but they keep redirecting me to BitPay. Meanwhile, BitPay refuses to refund due to OFAC regulations. This endless back-and-forth has left me, a paying customer, without service, without a refund, and without accountability from either party.This is extremely disappointing — especially during a time of regional conflict and internet restrictions in Iran when access to a VPN is essential for communication and safety.I followed every step. I paid in full. I submitted my documents. And I got nothing in return.I expected better from a company I once trusted. ExpressVPN should take responsibility when their payment partner fails — especially when loyal customers are the ones who suffer.
