I signed up, and ordered a tow. They were only able to complete half the tow due to mechanic not taking after hours drop off. So I had the car towed to my home, and made an appointment for the car to be towed to the mechanic in the morning. Appointment time came and went so I called them. The service rep gets on the phone and says my appointment was canceled due to a $60 fee being due. I was never told anything about this the night before. They didn’t even call to tell me this they just canceled and wasted my time. Then I tried to give her a card that I use for emergencies which is in mine and my mother’s name. She would not take the card. I then had to call someone else and pay $225 for a tow. Thanks for wasting my time and money

In my life, rarely experienced a customer service this bad. It felt like talking to scam company. I am in shock to see such a horrible, unprofessional customer service. Never expected from Sony. They just abruptly closed the chat. Unbelievable. Sony, you should be ashamed of having such a customer service. Spend money on training please.

A great way to receive information on politics from all regions of the world, as well as an excellent platform for learning about new disciplines. I struggle with theoretical economics, and the finance and business sections have really helped me understand how it’s principles function in the real world. Articles can simplify issues (I’ve certainly objected to how some correspondents have distilled information happening in my home region), but this is to be expected when covering such a large territory. Excellent job.

Never go for it!Never subscribe their services, they will charge you endlessly! The cancellation process is not very clear, they try to fraud you as you never receive the confirmation when you unsubscribe. You must chat with the customer service and ask for a mai stating that you have unsubscribed. It's a shame, this is illegal !!!
