Paid by card – Temu refused refund despite clear proofI paid for my order using my bank card. The item arrived damaged and completely unusable. I provided full photo and video evidence, but Temu refuses to refund me unless I return the item – which is impossible because it had to be discarded.I opened several support tickets, but they keep repeating the same answer without offering a real solution.I feel cheated. I’ve contacted my bank to open a dispute for this transaction. I do NOT recommend shopping with Temu.
