The Absolute WORST Software on Earth

The absolute WORST software on Earth. I pay these crooks a subscription fee every month only to have Photoshop crash every time I try to start it up. I have just loaded the latest "upgrade" and the program is absolutely USELESS. Every time I try to open it I get a message that Photoshop has unexpectedly quit and a "report" is sent to Apple. The worst part is Adobe just doesn't care - what a surprise that "customer support" is closed. ADOBE SUCKS - SAVE YOUR MONEY!

A service delivered as promised with genuine care and pride.

We decided to use Elmhurst windows to install double glazing windows and composite front door. We were immediately comfortable and impressed by Richard ( company director) who came to give us a quote. He is a straight talking chap. We were lucky to be offered an earlier date for fitting. The fitters arrived punctually and worked full on all day. At the end of the day they tidied everything away. On our 2 nd day an unexpected problem with our house structure almost derailed the project but Richard and his fitters quickly found a solution and immediately went into action and even had time to soothe our shattered nerves. The quality of the products used are excellent and the fitters are very professional and experienced with a real pride in their work. We are so pleased with the service we have received and would have no hesitation in recommending Elmhurst windows.

Terrible customer experience. The worst in the industry!

I contacted their call center. And after the agent's initial spiel, I heard nothing more. I kept saying hello, hello and it looks like I was talking to a ghost. So I decided to stay on the line, hoping he would eventually talk but to no avail. 10 mins had passed and I got nothing. The agent then hung up on me. 10 mins of my time, wasted. I called again and when I thought I got connected to an agent, the call dropped. Terrible customer experience!!!! After I made this review, someone from the team contacted me only to clarify what my original question was and without empathy nor apologies. I still needed to spell the word apology for the agent to say it. But, isn’t it supposed to be a common courtesy to empathize with the customer if she had a terrible experience with the company? I appreciate that someone reach out to me, but I personally think, they really need to work on their customer service. Getting the customer to buy is one thing, but keeping the customer is another.

AVOID IT BIG TIME

My experience with Dropbox started very nicely. Three years ago, but about one year ago, I realised that nothing is being synced from my laptop to their cloud. So I had a lot of interaction with the support back and forth. And in the end, they couldn't fix my problem. We tried everything they offered. And I ended up losing a lot of files because coincidentally my laptop crashed and tonnes of files were not backed up. So after this incident, I decided to stop my Pro account, I stopped paying them. which I paid for one year already so I had to wait another eight months. And I switched to another cloud backup system.But the thing is I've been uploading files for three years, up to the Dropbox cloud, probably more than 400 gigabytes or maybe even more. And now I'm trying to download those files to my laptop so I can upload to the other cloud, but that's also impossible.Their technology is so old. This agents that work on the desktop, doesn't do anything well. I can download those files to my Dropbox folder on the laptop but I cannot move it to anywhere else, I cannot even copy it to anywhere else. The error is "another programme is using these files". But I make sure the dropbox agent is completely turned off and I exited it. And it still gives the same error. If I uninstalled the dropbox agent than I can't see those files. So it's a complete pain in the ass. I don't recommend anybody to use Dropbox. Avoid it big time.

This site seemed ok ..

This site seemed ok ... then I am 20 days from purchase date and STILL waiting for my book. I sent the seller an email and got a short, rude reply back about nonsense.. I dont care dude.. where is my BOOK. Went to leave some customer feedback on their site about said seller and LOW... you can't. YOU CANNOT even review the sellers.. OMG. I had no idea. I feel lucky to have rec'd. my first book tbh. Anyway I won't shop with them again. If I can't know if my book seller is a total scammer then I won't buy. No thanks Abe.
