Review of Canva
My friend used my account to create and order baby shower invitation. They came out gorgeous however 3 days after delivery at her anatomy scan they found out the pregnancy was not viable. We emailed Canva and told them how happy we were with the invites and asked if it was possible to get maybe a refund or a partial refund since we could no longer use the invites and they were so compassionate said we could keep the invites, submitted a full refund, and even extended the option to email or call and talk if she needed someone to talk to about her loss. It was an amazing interaction above and beyond our expectation. Dar is an outstanding employee and I love them very much. :)

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYI made a mistake on the date of the booking. Tried calling them. They were closed. Next morning, They refused to change it. Go directly to the property and book with the owners. They were friendly but couldn't help because I used BOOKING.COM to make the reservations.
Review of animoto
I had a school assignment to do and was dependent on using GIFs. It wasn't showing it as a GIF just a picture so I panicked. I decided to ask them what to do and they got back to me rather quickly. They were able to help me fix my problem. They were super friendly! -Electric E.

Well…If I could give zero stars I 100% would.I tried out the free trial version out of curiosity of how much Photoshop changed after I last used it back in school and cancelled it a few days later only to find out today that my card was charged twice as if I hadn’t cancelled the trial. And when I did try to cancel the “subscription” it showed up that I have to pay for the quite ridiculously expensive cancellation fee, I mean 59.44€ plus the two months my card was charged even after I cancelled the free trial is to put it simply robbery in broad daylight. I really wish I had looked through the reviews here before all of this and found that not only are people being overcharged for the cancellation fee but that the company copy and paste the same responses to the reviews.I really do still love Photoshop and Lightroom but man…it’s not worth it for this price and that kind of money hungry company. I’d rather go back to the programs I used before.

Review of aliexpress
We've now had several deliveries from AliExpress and have been very happy with the prices and service. All orders have been delivered on time and there have been no missing or damaged items. The only issue we've had was with a small, replacement sewing machine part, which wasn't the part we were expecting. However, AliExpress refunded the money quickly and didn't want the item returned.Having read other reviews, it appears that some people have had negative experiences, but so far our experience has been very positive.

I wish there were a zero star rating . One star is too many for this company. Especially when it comes to bitcoin transfers . They hold your money often . This is a PayPal company and PayPal is notorious for holding and playing with people’s money

Review of Spotify
I think censoring 100 shows Joe Rogan experience is a good move. I had given spotify 1 star only if they did not make this move. After all spreading false information (about covid in this case) is dangerous and is just what enemies of democracy and corrupt politicians hope for.
Review of avg
I have been a fan of AVG for many years. The constant sales push is irritating, and got beyond a joke when the system kept nagging me to purchase licences I already had. When one product clearly didn't work I went through the laborious process to seek a refund - much more complex than the purchase process. When nothing was heard after 3 weeks, I phoned - it was this experience that prompted the review. The first 3 minutes were spent with a chatbot, the next 5 with an operative that couldn't help. The final 10 were spent with someone who told me that the case had been closed without being processed because I hadn't followed up with them! They then tried every trick in the book to transfer the payment to other products before reluctantly agreeing to a refund. They need to:Stop trying to sell products customers have already bought.Make the refund process as easy as the sales processProcess online refund requests, not just hope people will forgetOffer loyal customers the chance to opt out of the nagware

It is almost impossible to rates anything 1/10 without political agenda, even a weird Japanese indie games deserves more than that. Wired put a sextoy reviewer in a computer game review which is an interesting way to run "tech reviewer" business.

Review of vrbo
I booked with VRBO as I have several times before and I had good experiences. This time we arrived at 8pm to find the apartment we booked in the NULU area of Louisville to have been clearly slept in and not cleaned, beds were unmade, towels in a pile in the bathroom and no spare sheets or towels. Now this should be in a review with the host, but I can't because I did get the owner to cancel my reservation and refund my money so that after a long 12 hour work day we could try and find alternative arrangements at 9pm at night. We did. Paid much more. The issue is that once its cancelled, it didn't happen as far as VRBO so there's no remedy for the afflicted party. Information that people might want to know can't be shared. So, if this is the case, ratings in general must be overstated. VRBO basically isn't involved and as with most of these services you can maybe get a chat with a Virtual Assistant that never seems to understand your particular problem and wastes your time. VRBO also steers you to their app and away from the Desktop; which is fine. Except as your trying to send feedback in a window pops up blocking you from seeing what your writing and as we all know, spell check is wreaking havoc with your words. There is now way to actually contact them that I can find. This was a great inconvenience and costly. So this is my only recourse.
