Traveled 30 miles on New Year’s Day…

Traveled 30 miles on New Year’s Day after checking website that stated they were opened today and also called the actual store in Greenville, Sc on Woods crossing. The recording stated opened at 11-6 pm. When I arrived at store, noticed on door said closed!!!!!

Poor Value

Been a member for many years but have just cancelled my direct debit. I’ve always regarded NT as poor value for money, you pay an annual sub but many of the places I visit in Cornwall close down between November and March so you’re only really getting about 8 months use out of your membership fee. Obviously the covid emergency has exacerbated this. I don’t blame them for this but, unlike them, I’m not a charity!!!

Just walk out now guys

Was watching the news today and heard a Kroger "Spokesperson" say if their employees don't like their new Vaccine "Mandate" they can go work somewhere else because that's just how it works in a capitalist society.. And while all this may be absolutely true, there are some things you say out loud.. and others you keep to yourself. I will never shop at Kroger ever again. I hope every employee takes their dignity and walk out. This way of thinking is exactly what is wrong with our country. They don't have to work there, and they don't have to work for you either. Look at it like that.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE TO BUY BOOKS FROM THEM

I have paid £44.93 on 28th October'21 for a book which was supposed to come the next business day but has not come till now 12Nov'21.I have exchanges with the costumer services which are trying to buy more time blaming Royal Mail and and now they are not replying at all (Below the lame reply they sent to me). DO NOT BUY BOOKS FROM THEM! I will make sure that I receive a refund, I'm not letting go of this appalling behaviour .This is their reply:We would like to sincerely apologies for the delays with your order.We will appreciate it if you could kindly allow a few more days for your order to arrive. If the order still does not arrive by 11-Nov-2021 kindly let us know and we will look into it.Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to let us know.Warmest Regards,AshutoshAwesomeBooks Customer Service

Send the Wrong Books and Won't Refund You

They consistently send you the wrong books. I returned one and I lost the receipt from the post office with tracking (but have the credit card receipt) and they cancelled my refund and have the book!! They don't reply directly either. Very shady company. Look elsewhere for textbooks. They are a scam.

I'm having a bad experience

I'm having a bad experience, will change my review if I can get it resolved. I am not able to connect to the internet and the company won't help me for free since it's a free app. They refer me to forums where I get different answers and don't want to hack it up, so its useless. Now I don't even know how to remove it. Waste of time. Very frustrated.
