You shouldn’t allow people / scammers to sell tickets via your app. And then say that “that ticket is not eligible for a refund”. What sort of security are you actually offering to your customers? When they provide evidence of fake events / scams. Disgusting

TRIED TO UPSELL ME ON TWO PHONES FOR A HOUSEHOLD OF ONE

Like others have mentioned, I was a customer since the iPhone came out over 15 years ago. I called in to try to switch to lower plan to save money, and the total degenerate clueless imbecile on the end of the phone tried to upsell me to add an additional phone.. I further explained to him that my only roomate (my dog) would not be able to utilize an extra line and that I was calling in to clarify a lower price on a new plan (which he did NOT help with) Needless to say I was pretty disgusted and upset by the lack competance and disregard for customer who's stuck around so long and even tried their attrocious internet service ($40/mo for 1.5mbps download .5 mbps on a good day) that I cancelled and switched to Visible and have been saving $70/mo and not getting ripped off by this awful company anymore. STAY AWAY!

Got the free trial for Adobe. Then paid for the first month and then called to cancel. They told me my card had been declined so they couldn't cancel my service. My card had been charged though. And has been charged every month since then. I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL EVERY SINGLE MONTH THEY HAVE CHARGED ME. THIS COMPANY IS A F. CKING SCAM. Today what you pieces of sh*ts don't realize is that after you charged me YET AGAIN you took the last of my money until I get paid on Wednesday. I now have to eat butter noodles for three meals a day FOR THREE F. CKING DAYS. And when I contacted your f. cking customer service this b*tch put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me.

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong. The worst part is not having good customer service. My last straw was when I opened the back of my Sky TV to have it mounted with professional contractors to discovering missing pieces - I am out £280.00 because Sky won't take responsibility. This after 4 weeks of back and forth just to get my internet started (that is also not working consistently) and have a hub mailed to me. They offer NOTHING. All I get is a bunch of "I'm sorry's ..." without proper action. After speaking to 12 people, countless wasted hours on the phone, as well as not being able to do my school work and now having to spend a total of £560.00 to have my TV wallmounted - month's service is hardly sufficient (which I had to get to the "priority team" to get). I have taken the one month's service to give me time to change providers. HORRIBLE experience. Just awful. One person after another with the inability to offer customer service. And they just don't care. Whoever "helped" me from the priority team had the understanding and compassion of a reptile.

Customer service does not exist. I pay this company hundreds of dollars a year, but not once have I received a reply. Furthermore, they constantly update their software tool and frequently introduce bugs and problems. In short, this software is a constant nuisance.

Anti-User Payment Platform

I have had one main account I've been successfully using on Venmo for years. But I desired a second account to receive money from an online friend. Before creating this second account, I specifically looked up Venmo's policy regarding multiple accounts, and discovered that Venmo indeed allows for a second account. Excellent. But upon creating it, I was then immediately sent a hostile email regarding "recent activity that appears to be a violation of our User Agreement", before sending or receiving a single payment. The email contained zero information on any policy and no information on how to contact anyone. So I called Venmo customer service.First time I called spend 5 minutes entering all the information they asked, just to be hung up on.The second time I finally reached a customer service representative. The most incredible part is, the woman ("Julie M") I spoke to at Venmo customer service on 1/28/24 didn't know their own policy. If this company's representatives don't know their own policies, how on Earth are we supposed to? Are we supposed to read their minds?The cherry on top is that the customer service agent said she wasn't in contact with the team responsible for the suspension. Why does their customer service line even exist then? All I wanted to do was receive money as a normal user. I've replied to the email, but based on my current experience, I don't have high hopes.I seem to be far from alone in experiencing Venmo's shocking anti-user policies. Venmo requested a woman to upload her driver's license for "verification", only to permanently ban her for life. It was only when a real-life news station intervened that she was able to be unbanned: See ABC Baltimore's "Woman kicked off Venmo warns other users about keeping a balance".Further horror stories on Reddit cement the fact that Venmo appears to have now developed into an anti-user payment platform that threatens its users and should not be trusted with your funds.

Changed to parallels from VMware Fusion…

Changed to parallels from VMware Fusion as VM still does not offer Apple Silicon support. Glad I did - the Parallels interface is much slicker and is user friendly. I have installed Windows 10 & 11 ARM betas without problems.Parallels tools is a bit of bloatware supplied with Desktop - don't bother installing that.

Racist and Rude Manager

The Krogers at 10010 Cypresswood Houston, TX 77070 has a manager name Philip. Philip is rude and racist. I have notice him treating several African Americans customers rude. My family and I go to location at least 5 times a week because it is 2 minutes from the house. Today I went shopping there were several items that required digital coupon. I had to stop shopping and try to add the items to my profile; it didn't work. The young lady that rung me up was no help. So I decided to speak with the manager Philip whom was talking to another employee when I walked up. Philip didn't acknowledge my present which I thought was rude but then I informed him about digit coupon error. Philip could care less what I was saying to him. I notice the cashier while I was waiting to speak to Philip add the discount to another lady purchase (she was not black). When I brought this to Philip attention his response was she can't add the digital coupon discount. At this time I am like really because we both just heard the customer say thank you to cashier for adding the discount. I will be definitely be contacting someone at the corporate office. Also get some flyers together and reach out to other Africian Americans customers that has experience Philip racist behavior towards African Americans. Also, contact the local news. If we have to have a peaceful protest then I will make sure the BLM organization and the new Black Panther party is there. Something has to be done about Philip and others like him. Black people send their money at this location just like white people and we shouldn't be treated any differently because of the color of our skin. I am tired of just ignoring it and going to another Krogers. Why should I have to? I live in this neighborhood and shouldn't have to drive extra 10 to 15 minutes, when I am literally 2 minutes away. I say this to Krogers if you are okay with Philip treated your African Americans customers as if we are beneath him, then shame on you for allowing this racist behavior.
