I took my grand son’s guitar in for a simple repair. The switch and bridge needed fixed. We also bought it there. They took 1 month 2weeks and never fixed it. I called weekly and there excuse was waiting on parts. I’m not happy with there repair shop. Please be careful when taking your guitars there for repair. It was the guitar center in Sarasota, FL

They are really a thief

They are really a thief. Yes, they provide all the legit services until something wrong happens. They blocked my account because they needed a verification on the 10th Oct. Fair. I sent them documents and all, they still haven't got back until 30th Oct. Then, they charged my card $1,200 because some services are still running between 10th 30th Oct. I've contacted customer service last 2 weeks, they keep saying "don't keep opening new chat, we are reviewing, program team will look into this etc". In the end, they are not solving this problem because another team has to look, and they only respond via email. Don't use them.

We bought a 50" Sony costing $850 on 9/6/23 from Janesville, Wi store. It was delivered about one week later. It had a one year warranty. In mid January 2025 it died. We called Geek Squad to look at it. They said it couldn't be fixed. They charged udys $125 and left no written evaluation. So the TV lasted about 14 month! Spoke with Best Buy Janesville as well as corporate. They offered no help at all saying the warranty lapsed and wouldn't even call Sony to remedy this obvious sorry deal. They just washed their hands of it. Beware of such a vendor...if you can reach them. They sell you something and immediately when something goes wrong, they hide. $850 TV lasts 14 months!!!

Review of zillow

Less than 1 star

I would never use or trust anything posted or created by Zillow. They allow a person to write and post a false and wildly inaccurate review full of lies about someone with no way to verify the validity of the review. They have no way to contact them except an 800 number where you have to leave a message than no one returns. I'm left with no option other than to file a lawsuit for slander, libel and defamation of character against Zillow and it's executive leadership team. Zillow should be shut down immediately

Not a good experience

I ordered tickets for the roni size gig from songkick but they never arrived, luckily I contacted songkick for assistance from the email address they provided where they said they would have canceled those tickets that didn't arrive and send new tickets to the box office. They also said that they would have sent me a confirmation email for the new tickets, but that email never arrived. Eventually the tickets were sent to the box office and we were able to see the gig but I don't think I will buy from songkick again after this experience unless they start sending e-tickets.

DPD driver refused to hand the phone to…

DPD driver refused to hand the phone to my wife while talking to her outside our front door, as "she did not react quickly enough and he already cancelled delivery on his device"! It did not even take a minute since she heard him knocking. Talking on the phone in some kind arabic he left. The order we found that day on DPD website as REFUSED ! Samsung says it takes about 10 days to resend the phone as they need to receive it back first from the courier. Knowing uselessness of DPD divers we do not expect the phone to be delivered again and after having reading other reviews we are now not even sure wheather not to expect problems with the refund.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!

ASUS Hero Max Motherboard Error Code 16, and Soft Reboot issue: I built two systems over the last six months.first system: my gaming computerASUS Hero Max Z790 , Intel i91300k, 128mb corsair dominator, corsair 1600 watt PSU, (4) Samsung SSD drives(4TB), (5) M2 Samsung drives 1TB, 9 hard drives total, ASUS ROB 3090 24mb, 17 fans, (12) strips led, corsair AIO cooler.second system: my work computerASUS Hero Max Z790 ev02, Intel i91200k, 128mb corsair dominator, corsair 1600 watt PSU, (2) Samsung SSD drives(4TB), (5) M2 Samsung drives 1TB, (4) blue WD 4TB hard drives, 11 hard drives total, ASUS ROB 4090 24mb, 17 fans, (12) strips led, corsair AIO cooler.two issues:1) first power up, startup, system would start to boot, then shut, and then bootup.2) on a soft reboot, the system would stop at error code 16.I sent the board back to asus. and the fixed was bend pins on the cpu socket.ASus replace the cpu socket. - this fixe both issues.oh...first system...I had no issuesASUS customer support - provided outstanding customer service, here in Indiana. -Craig J.
