I took my grand son’s guitar in for a simple repair. The switch and bridge needed fixed. We also bought it there. They took 1 month 2weeks and never fixed it. They are really a thief. Yes, they provide all the legit services until something wrong happens. They blocked my account because they needed a verification on the 10th Oct. Fair. I sent them documents and all, they still haven't got back until 30th Oct. Then, they charged my card $1,200 because some services are still running between 10th 30th Oct. I've contacted customer service last 2 weeks, they keep saying "don't keep opening new chat, we are reviewing, program team will look into this etc". In the end, they are not solving this problem because another team has to look, and they only respond via email. Don't use them.

We bought a 50" Sony costing $850 on 9/6/23 from Janesville, Wi store. It was delivered about one week later. It had a one year warranty. In mid January 2025 it died. We called Geek Squad to look at it. They said it couldn't be fixed. They charged udys $125 and left no written evaluation. So the TV lasted about 14 month! Spoke with Best Buy Janesville as well as corporate. They offered no help at all saying the warranty lapsed and wouldn't even call Sony to remedy this obvious sorry deal. They just washed their hands of it. Beware of such a vendor...if you can reach them. They sell you something and immediately when something goes wrong, they hide. $850 TV lasts 14 months!!!

I would never use or trust anything posted or created by Zillow. They allow a person to write and post a false and wildly inaccurate review full of lies about someone with no way to verify the validity of the review. They have no way to contact them except an 800 number where you have to leave a message than no one returns. I ordered tickets for the roni size gig from songkick but they never arrived, luckily I contacted songkick for assistance from the email address they provided where they said they would have canceled those tickets that didn't arrive and send new tickets to the box office. They also said that they would have sent me a confirmation email for the new tickets, but that email never arrived. Eventually the tickets were sent to the box office and we were able to see the gig but I don't think I will buy from songkick again after this experience unless they start sending e-tickets.
