Review Time
Lastpass lost all my data and could not recover it. Then, I cancelled my contract but they kept charging me for 6 months. I finally got it cancelled but I strongly recommend you do not use LastPass. You will sit on hold for hours waiting for help and then not getting any.
Tried accessing my account over the last month. Whenever I tried logging in, I would be notified that an email has been sent to my email address (I'm assuming this is part of 2 step verification). However, I never received emails (checked junk folder). When I tried resetting my password, I got the message that my account can't be recovered. In other words, LastPass deleted my account without telling me. There's no way I can recover the lost data, and I can't even contact LastPass customer service since they require you to login to access this. Would never use LastPass again, and would recommend all to stay away from them if you care about your valuable data.
I spent over 3 hours trying to find a way to contact a human at Lastpass. I cannot log in because it says the login credentials I've used for many years are not valid, and it won't let me in to try changing them.
I wanted to add Multifunction security to Lastpass.I went thru the proceedure. Much to my alarm, it didn't work! i tried to sign in and got the screen to enter a code I should have got, but I never got a code, or a call. I was basically locked out. CUstomer service was terrible. This all happened on a thursday and not till sunday afternoon did it get it resolved. I guess we should never leave all our eggs in one basket. Needless to say, I won't be renewing my subscription.
Been with them since 2015 and overall its has worked well for me once I had worked out the difference between my customer account and my lastpass login account! But they have just massively hiked their fees again, to my knowledge, without any notice or warning, no consideration for loyalty or explanation, so I have cancelled after 9 years. If they are that poor at dealing with long term easy going clients I seriously question their persona and ability to provide an effective service. For customer relation 0 stars and product probably 4 and a half so 2 stars is my reasoned rating.

We're a business client and cannot get any support.We cannot login and without logging in we get no support, without any support we cannot login...We cannot even cancel the service and will have to move with legal action to try and have someone contact us as Emails and phone do not work
Without going into detail, I became unable to login due to a malfunction in the LastPass Authenticator. Tech support did not call as requested on their site. They would send an response email once per day and not address my question on how to regain access to passwords. They required a sales receipt from 12 years ago to verity ID but that is not something I have. I could not cancel service without logging in. I lost all my passwords and had to block them on my Visa card. I used them for 12 years, but am now using Bitwarden.
've had a disappointing time with LastPass; it's been the most unsatisfactory password manager I've used. I strongly advise against entrusting anything to this company. Their support is ineffective—I can't even log in properly, and their suggestion to check my ticket is impossible to follow. They seem practically useless; their system fails to retrieve temporary passwords via email. Support is virtually nonexistent; when I sent a JPEG, their response was just recycled website material that didn't solve anything. It's best to steer clear of this poorly managed company
