I love the UI and features of the product. It’s easy to use and robust. Every time I’m performing an action the program pops up to block suspicious activity without me having to do anything. It also allows me to scan all my system either a deep or partial scan of files and system to ensure files are safe. When I first installed it I had a a virus and it remediated it immediately removing the virus and my system was back to normal. I also thinks it’s neat that it’s comprehensive. Covers all my devices and for a great annual price! I am considering purchasing the ultimate package next year due to its simplicity and effectiveness. You also get a lot more with it. Their customer service is the most quickest, efficient, friendliest and professional I’ve ever experienced. I had an issue with logging in so the software was off on my PC. Within hours I got a response with the resolution (by the time I went to bed!). Overall very happy customer! Must buy!
Though hard to get personal tech guidance, reviews show BitDefender is best to keep. Bit does not stop MS scam threats not to close laptop, I get rid of AVG every few weeks by NOT phoning its MS Help Desk scam number. Shut down & reload Google works.
We have been using bit defender products for probably 4 to 5 years. We use the antivirus & the password manager (though I’m not thrilled with the newest version of the password manager, it doesn’t work well yet). The old password manager was better so if you can continue to use that, I would. They have a lot of interactive apps that you can use to access the product. We have not had any virus breakthroughs, they have been caught as soon as they start to come to the computer. We have been happy with the products.
When I upgraded my PC several years ago, I purchased Bitdefender, and selected the auto-renew option. My IT support fellow said it shouldn’t be more than about $50 CAN/year. Imagine my surprise when my statement for Total Security this year came through for $142 CAN, and even Bitdefender is promoting the $50 price! I’ve been credited for a second year, but I still feel ripped off! I suspect this has gone on for years!Do NOT use the auto-renew option if you use this software! Check for pricing at places like BestBuy!
