I stayed at the Best western motel in Vidor, Tx for 5 nights & it was so clean & they were excellent on their accommodations. I would definitely recommend that motel to anyone. The people that work there are super nice. I would definitely rate them A +++++..

I would actually give 0 stars. Please share with management. I finally left att because of lack of customer service. Unable to reach reps even during business hours. I give up after 45 minutes each time I call. When I chat, I am always told to call in. Pricing for this company is terrible as well. 75 for 1 line, and I own my phone. T mobile 3 lines for 100 and no hidden fees. I hope att decides to focus on customers first. Customer service should be priority. Horrible company to have as a provider.

When have been with AAA for two months after switching our Home and Auto. During that time they have made continued mistakes on the Evidence of the Insurance on the Home Coverage resulting in multiple calls with them and interaction with our mortgage company. They have made mistakes on the Auto Coverage and we keep getting different answers about how long we have to use the monitoring app for the drivers discount. Things have gotten to the point we don't trust them to properly handle a claim if we filed one with them so time to reshop after two months.

I bought some gift cards from my local coop store for my sons Christmas gift. When we redeemed them they had already been redeemed. The Coop couldn’t care less and now I have been trying since December 2025 to contact PlayStation on the worst customer support platform known to man. Complete crap and goodbye £60.

I’m really disappointed with the National Trust as I cannot contact them. I’ve tried ringing many times, had to wait on hold for over an hour and still no one answers the phone. I’ve emailed them 3 times and still no one replies. We’ve been members for a number of years and now want to apply for senior membership. On the web page you cannot renew for senior membership , you have to ring their phone lines, and then … no one answers.What am I supposed to do?I am really questioning whether I want to be associated with such a poorly organised organisation.

Driver over 2 years...Lyft needs to invest in phone support for their drivers. In my experience, every time I chat with an agent it takes longer then it should because they are just sending automatic replies on the fly. Please invest in your drivers by allowing them to have sufficient support to do their daily job. Thank you.

My account was Hacked over a week ago, all my personal details were changed, so there was no way I could access anything. Even putting my old details in, I could not restore or get back into the account. Worse still, Facebook has no contact details, and even using 2 E Mail addresses I had for them, explaining the situation, I heard nothing back from them. So now my account is being used by a Fraudster who easily managed to change all my details, whilst the real person cannot do anything. Totally useless Company.
