Online shopping is a nightmare. I cancelled one order after a delivery delay of a month. I am now pending an order which is four days beyond its delivery date. Customer service doesn't know where it is... It's a joke for a company of this size and reputation.

Zillow is the perfect place for scamming businesses. You put an ad for rental, collect application+admin fees for $200 per person; then 10-12 people apply you get $2000 dollar and BOOM! your apartment becomes unavailable and you get the money in your pocket doing nothing and zillow encourages such business.

Labor Day 2024, a laundromat I chose to go to did not have a working quarter machine, so I ordered a LYFT. The driver picks me up for a trip to PLS and back to laundromat, except she abandons me and has my all my bleach and detergents! And my cell phone!!! Lyft driver left me stranded! She didn’t understand how to read her app correctly for round trip drop offs! Without my cell phone my clothes had to spend the night in the laundromat because I had no way of calling!!! My family of 4 uses Lyft and trying to access them from her app (like I’m doing now , to make a complaint about business with Lyft being absolutely horrible, just horrible) it would only allow me to complain about other drivers on this phone, my phone the one sitting in the backseat, want to complain about her on that account. I’m trying to move next month all my rent.com & apartment.com connects…just out of there! Make sure drivers understand their assignment. Uber treats you like you matter and Lyft act like they doing you such the favor to ride in their cars. Between the laundry with no quarters in the change machine to inadequate driving, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Bought a brand new laptop about six months ago. It was supposed to be super resistant to dust , drops etc.In six months time 3 keys have popped out and are unfixable.Called the service and they told be that the guarantee cannot cover it Great work Asus

Took an additional 15% “tip” for themselves on top of my charity donation. Presumably this was a tiny tickbox I missed on the terms and conditions. It was not obvious and a tip should absolutely NOT be an opt-out option. I am not well off I only pay what I can possibly afford. If I could afford 15% more I’d have given it to the charity. Really upset by this.

Home Advisor worked great for me during this project. I plan on using them in the future for my home project needs. The only critique that I have, is although I submitted my exact project requirements in my project request, many of the companies that contacted me would not install third party systems which was somewhat frustrating. However, my overall experience with Home Advisor was very good!
