Account terminated within minutes then told no refund!!

I registered, completed all necessary forms with our company information, and uploaded our buyer contact list.After paying the $30 starting fee, my account was terminated within five minutes.While I understand account termination may sometimes occur, what is unacceptable is receiving this response when I requested a refund for services that were not rendered. "Hello, Accounts that have been closed for not adhering to AWeber's Service Agreement will not be eligible for any refund. No refund will be provided regarding the account. Regards,Josh SEmail Best Practices Manager"----So you're telling me you banned our account within minutes and we're not eligible for a refund? According to the chargeback guidelines for visa transactions, this situation falls under 'services not provided by the merchant.' Therefore, I expect a refund following this review. If this is not resolved, I will initiate a chargeback through my bank and file formal complaints in all relevant jurisdictions where your company operates.

This company has gotten so paranoid and…

This company has gotten so paranoid and is banning anyone who breathes on their account.I am trust trying to import my customers (who have already double opt-ed in and agreed to get order updates.)They are deeming the contacts suspicious which is a total joke.They are going to put themselves out of business if they are so paranoid of their customers data.

My experience with AWeber has been terrible

My experience with AWeber has been deeply disappointing. Their service feels robotic, with impersonal customer support. Terrible serviceThe real problem, though, lies in their misleading pricing. They advertise an affordable starting rate, but once you're on board, hidden fees and sudden price increases hit you for more subscribers. You have to chase customer support to give you their pricing, making it hard to budget effectively. In summary, AWeber's abysmal customer service and misleading pricing practices make it an unsuitable choice for email marketing. Look elsewhere for transparency and better customer care.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service, signed up and was happy with landing pages etc, just starting out as an affiliate marketer, uploaded my list of email contacts from different sources, paid to upgrade my account and within 2 hours of sending an email account was closed and denied refund, they market themselves offering FREE EMAIL MARKETING SOFTWARE then shut your account for MARKETING.Contacted the live chat and was polite and asked about a refund, he says another department is dealing with my account so I start typing another question and he ENDS THE CHAT, Absolutely disgusted and fuming with this

This lack of prompt and satisfactory customer support further added to my frustration and dissatisfaction with the service.Considering these shortcomings, I am disappointed with my experience using Aweber's email autoresponder. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I recently wrote to this company, reporting abuse. Someone had literally harvested all the email addresses from my workplace and put us all on their mailing list. I raised the issue of spam which this company claims to have a zero intolerance policy of…and I’ve heard NOTHING. Not even an auto response email to say they got the complaint or that they’ll look in to it. Which basically makes them virtue signallers of the first order. You can’t claim, publicly that are on the side of someone who’s been spammed if you can’t even get it together to let that person know they’ve been heard. I’mSo Sick Of companies claiming the moralhigh ground whilst not actually occupying it.

Aweber service very bad and not fair decisions, will close your account any time and you will lost everything you did.. Really stupid service ❌
