And everything is done within the platform.My campaigns look professional & are easily setup with drag & drop features.I have followed various tips from their blog about what to do & what to avoid.Support & feedback are also top in their class.My online business is certainly moving forward with AWeber. I've been using Aweber almost since I first opened my business, and love their service. Being a technical person, I rarely run into issues, but the few times I have, their support team's always been just a phone call away. I've recommended them to many of my customers and most of them have been happy with the quality of service they receive too.Aweber continues to be the platform I most highly recommend for any of my clients who need email autoresponder integration with their websites and landing pages.
Today I am going to be showing you all the evil practices of AWEBER.COM - AWEBERYou are advised to stay away from them. Your services with them, mailing with them is a risk.This is not a post for me to blackmail them. I am going to be explaining in a few mins.We have been using AWEBER.COM for some days on their FREE TRIAL. Our opens rates has exceeded about 15% - so we decided to add all members of our site - about 3000 of them to aweber which we have been making normally using SENDGRID and our receivers have always been responding well.Immediately after making payments for the AWEBER UPGRADE, they closed the account and told me to my face that we cannot be refunded. WE FIND THIS TO BE UNRULY, RUDE. AWEBER DIDNT and have refused to REFUND us.STAY AWAY FROM THEM. If you have built a large cache of mailing list with them. You do so at your own risk.---EDIT TO AWEBER RESPONSE:Aweber responded my account was closed because we were sending unsolicited emails. This statement is FALSE. The narrative is clearly pointed to make it look like I am wrong here. If a customer is getting 15% open rate, how then is that unsolicited?The question remains? After paying for your service, WHY DID'T YOU REFUND ME.IF YOU DO NOT REFUND A CUSTOMER FOR A SERVICE THEY DID NOT ENJOY, USE, DEPRIVE OFF BECAUSE OF YOUR RUTHLESS TERMS, REASONS KNOWN TO YOU, YOU ARE A THIEF.I REPEAT,AWEBER, YOU ARE A THIEF, A SCAMYOU COLLECT CUSTOMERS FUNDS, CLOSE their accounts for best reasons known to you by your self acclaimed 'best practices', then, YOU ARE A SCAM.Responding to this review shows how weak you all are. These people are frauds and thieves. I paid for a month of service and without any explanation or reason they closed my account on day 2 and refused to refund me my money. Very rude people. Funny thing is, I never even had a chance to use the service. They simply stole my money and have not responded since.I can guarantee you that I never even had a chance to use this account before it was shut down and my money was stolen.Beware.
