I recently had an issue with logging…

Customer service that listens!

Online trouble tickets with other companies are sometimes a hassle - back and forth with a rep who doesn’t seem to take the time to actually read the request. This is not the case with AWeber! Mary H explained my account information in a clear and helpful manner. Just one message and I had the information I needed. Thanks!

Always available and always helpful! That's why I stay with AWeber. When I started my company back in 2007, AWeber was recommended, and year after year they continue to deliver. To be able to speak with a human being who will patiently walk me through all my tech issues is priceless!

A perfect service

There is not much to say, I asked for help on a problem related to Landing Pages and the response was quick and solved the problem without having to ask for additional explanations. For me it was a perfect service.

Hi everyone

Hi everyone I am a newbie to the whole email marketing thing and aweber is my first dabble with software like this.It does what it does.The reason for my review is to praise the boys and girls in the support department. I have asked some questions that I couldn't find answers to in google or Aweber help (which is very comprehensive) and the support staff have been patient and helpful.I have reported a couple of legitimate bugs/issues in the software which I am incredibly surprised havnt been picked up. It remains to be seen whether they are resolved.Big praise for Kayla H and Hector , Kayla sorted me out in a chat on a Sunday and Hector is fielding my bugsI have no problem giving the guys 5/5🏅🏅Robin 12/12/21
