Online trouble tickets with other companies are sometimes a hassle - back and forth with a rep who doesn’t seem to take the time to actually read the request. This is not the case with AWeber! Hi everyone I am a newbie to the whole email marketing thing and aweber is my first dabble with software like this.It does what it does.The reason for my review is to praise the boys and girls in the support department. I have asked some questions that I couldn't find answers to in google or Aweber help (which is very comprehensive) and the support staff have been patient and helpful.I have reported a couple of legitimate bugs/issues in the software which I am incredibly surprised havnt been picked up. It remains to be seen whether they are resolved.Big praise for Kayla H and Hector , Kayla sorted me out in a chat on a Sunday and Hector is fielding my bugsI have no problem giving the guys 5/5🏅🏅Robin 12/12/21
