Review of aljazeera
An extremely professional news channel that gives an alternative view of world news that I believe is relatively objective. Certainly as objective as any western news set up.It may well focus on news from different angles, but is still nonetheless authentic and truthful. This world desperately needs different access to news apart from the usual parroting western media that portray anyone opposing the US hegemony as terrorists or at the very least inferior.

I ordered a camera on 01.12. for Christmas gift. Yes, but it will be delivered in January. When I ordered it the delivery time was 2-3 weeks. I spoke also with support before a week and they promised to be send this week (16.12). I received an email yesterday for January. Merry Christmas
Review of lego
We placed an order for 'best seller' parts and a 'standard part' on 22nd November 2024 and at the time of placing our order the website stated '28 business days for dispatch' for the standard part. This has since been changed to '40 business days for dispatch' which is totally unacceptable to change a service agreement after an order was placed. Our 'best seller' parts arrived approximately 2 weeks late and only after contacting Lego three times did an Lego Expert use their common sense and send out a replacement order. Our 'standard' parts order is still stating 'in warehouse' today (10/01/2025).We started building with Lego in March 2024 and have been told by Lego that all 'standard' parts are taking so long to be dispatched due to 'improvements to the warehouse'. Obviously these 'improvements' are/have not worked and it is time Lego accepted this.It is no wonder that lots of people have turned to other brands now due to the high costs and terrible customer service from Lego.
Review of creativemarket
I had a problem with a product I bought. I tried to contact the vendor but didn't get any response. Creative Market addressed my issue right away. They said that since it has been three days and I have not received a response from the vendor, they gave me a refund.

Review of aweber
My experience with AWeber has been deeply disappointing. Their service feels robotic, with impersonal customer support. Terrible serviceThe real problem, though, lies in their misleading pricing. They advertise an affordable starting rate, but once you're on board, hidden fees and sudden price increases hit you for more subscribers. You have to chase customer support to give you their pricing, making it hard to budget effectively. In summary, AWeber's abysmal customer service and misleading pricing practices make it an unsuitable choice for email marketing. Look elsewhere for transparency and better customer care.
Review of atlassian
The Atlassian suite is terrible. I have to work with it because my company is deep into the eco-system and I spend more time TRYING to TRY to do things (and not being able to) than I spend being productive on account of the product. Genuinely - not exaggeration.Let me give you 3 concrete examples.1) Suppose you like the ability to use a table or list view of your tasks...not only boards. Well, you can't have table view. You can have a 'list view' in Jira Work Management but not in Jira Software. Okay, so suppose you are happy to create a project as a Work Management project so that you can have the nice List view. Create a few tasks and look at them in the list view. Now try to navigate around the list view with the arrows on your keyboard for speed and convenience - can't do it; you must use the mouse. Suppose you want to paste a common update into several rows that are right beside each other...so suppose you want to update the status from 'To Do' to 'Done' for 3 rows that are next to each other. In Excel, Project, Airtable, Smartsheets, this would be a simple copy+paste. In Jira, not only can you not update the 3 rows in one go in this view, updating one after the other is painful because the dropdown blocks the visibility of the next row. So you have to click the cell you want to edit, change it, click away to somewhere else in the table (so that you can again see the row below), and then finally edit the next row, which again, blocks the one below. Its like they've never tried their own product for usability. Yes, I know you can bulk edit items from elsewhere. Try it; it's a wizard, and is also an awful experience.2) Create a task in Jira. Then create a subtask of that task. Now create a subtask for the subtask. You can't do it. Subtasks can only go one level down. For any serious project management, this means 'hacking' your way around this in some awful way. You might say, we'll create an epic, then a taks, and then a subtask for 3 levels. Okay, what if I want 4 levels? Fine, lets say I can get away with three. I want a view where I can look at the epics, then click on a chevron that expands the epics and shows me the tasks nested below them, and then click on the chevron of one of the tasks and see the subtasks one layer below. You can't do this. You need an expensive plugin to do it. You might say, well don't use Jira Software, use the 'List View' in Jira Work Management. First of all, that view crashes my browser constantly. Second, even that view will not allow you to expand the Epic into its tasks, in a nice table view - mind-bogglingly it can show you subtasks under the epic, but not tasks. Unreal.3) Say you want a form for other departments to submit requests to your team. Now say you want another form for another type of request. Nope - you can only have one form per project. You want a new form? Make a whole new project? What??? You want to delete the form ... nope, you can't delete the 1 form you get per project. Well, okay, say you resign yourself to use the 1 form. Say you want to add a custom field that isn't one of the 5 or 6 fields Jira provides - nope, you're out of luck. No custom fields in the 1 form you get. Say you want to add some descriptive text to the instructions for a particular box for one of the form fields, like you would be able to do, for example in Airtable. Nope. No dice. No custom instructions for your form other than in the one 'summary' description at the top of the form.Say, you want to get around this Form problem by creating a new 'issue' type. Good luck. If the project you have is of the type 'company' (what? exactly - first you need to understand the different between company managed projects, and team managed projects), you have to get an admin to configure new fields, new issue types, new screen types, new screen schemes ... just to get a new field to show up when someone is creating an issue. Are you kidding me? What if you want to give specific instructions about how to fill out that field, in the 'create issue' screen. Nope, as far as I know you can't do that.I could easily write 5 more significant things that should be really easy to do, and are unbelievably difficult in Jira. Things that on other platforms are 2 or 3 clicks, in Jira are either impossible, too difficult for most customers, or take hours to figure out.People tell me Jira is complicated but it is powerful. Rubbish. Jira is complicated and it is an enormous pain in the rear. Jira has never, not one single time, made my life easier. Please do yourself a favor and look at alternatives. Once you sign-up and start using it, as much as you will hate it, it is difficult to extricate yourself. Please evaluate others like monday or clickup or airtable. There are things I hate about those products too, but in the grand scheme of things they will be much much better for most folks.

Absolutely terrible service, if I could give no stars I would. There have been numerous inconsistencies and lies about ETA times and will leave you stranded for 6 hours or more. Do not use this tow service, you will be dissatisfied, disappointed, and stranded for hours, maybe even overnight. Should definitely be put out of business.
Review of wish
I wish I could give them a zero. This is the worst app ever. They can’t get anything right And they don’t even have an actual phone number where you can contact them because when you do call that number it says that this is not an active phone number. This app should be shut down permanently!!!! Customer service is all automated and they don’t even answer your actual question. You can’t talk to a live person at all. Wish is a scam!!!!!
Review of target
I purchased a patio set which rusted within 4 months. Target agreed to return and refund my money. Paid for a truck to return set according to Target's directions. In the end, they wanted the refund to be as a gift card and not to my original form of payment. Nothing was ever stated about that change.

Review of jotform
JotForm is incredibly user-friendly. Even for someone with limited technical knowledge, the platform's simplicity and clear instructions produce professional-looking results. Discovering JotForm has been a game-changer, and I've enthusiastically suggested it to my network for its user-friendly approach.
