I'm only giving a 1 star because that's as low as I can go. I am totally frustrated with the rates, bill, service and customer service with AT&T. I am exhausted with calling them every month because of billing. They charge you ten dollars if you dont sign up for paperless billing and AutoPay. What a rip off! Not to mention all the blackouts they have. Maybe this is a sign to read books, because internet alone almost $100 a month & that's CRAZY WORK! No perks for your loyal customers, all the so called "deals" are for new customers only! Do better AT&T & Execitives. I am livid with this trashy service & sky high pricing.

This is what Amazon doing a customer purchase an item it us not as described customer service say you can keep the item and receive a refund when the customer try to buy again an agency sweet talk you the next thing you know you cannot shop again they block your card from purchasing then they say the fault with the bank how disgraceful this company getting worse how low can they get remember you want to return for refund but they say keep the item or dispose of it

Went for our Daughters Birthday.They asked for preorders for food as there were 13 of us going, which I emailed a week before.Worked out prices what people owed.Got there and one of the party got told they had just changed the menu and what he had ordered for his starter had been taken off the menu and she told him the alternative which he was disappointed with. We had no correspondence by email or telephone from the restaurant to let us know before hand.We had a bit of a wait for food to arrive and between courses, but they were very busy.The food was very nice.When we came to pay we noticed even though we booked 2 weeks before and preordered 1 week they had charged us the new menu price which they said they had changed a few days before and it had gone up between £1 - £3 per meal.No correspondence from the restaurant again about the price increase, which you would have thought they would have honoured the original price when the preorders were emailed in and as we booked in advance, and if they valued customers you would of thought a quick email from them would of sufficed, but no nothing.

I registered, completed all necessary forms with our company information, and uploaded our buyer contact list.After paying the $30 starting fee, my account was terminated within five minutes.While I understand account termination may sometimes occur, what is unacceptable is receiving this response when I requested a refund for services that were not rendered. "Hello, Accounts that have been closed for not adhering to AWeber's Service Agreement will not be eligible for any refund. No refund will be provided regarding the account. Regards,Josh SEmail Best Practices Manager"----So you're telling me you banned our account within minutes and we're not eligible for a refund? According to the chargeback guidelines for visa transactions, this situation falls under 'services not provided by the merchant.' Therefore, I expect a refund following this review. If this is not resolved, I will initiate a chargeback through my bank and file formal complaints in all relevant jurisdictions where your company operates.

Amazon started as a good idea, with packages delivered within two days and easy returns. The larger they have become, the less concerned they are with their customers. Deliveries are seldom done within two days, delivery dates are given and not honored. On the date the item is due they send out a notice saying it has been delayed. Their return policy has changed so read the fine print on everything. Often, you will have to pay for return postage. The return window has grown smaller. On top of all this, the reviews you see of products are not legitimate, although Amazon shows them to be on a verified purchase. I believe I have purchased my last item from Amazon.

Absolute waste of time and embarrassing. I set my account up filled out every piece of information. THREE weeks later they send me an email out if no where saying my accounts going to be closed with 0 explanation and that supporters will be refunded. I’m compliant with all their terms and policies. Stay away from this company, they aren’t about what they say they are.Submitted an appeal and wrote support. Funny I still haven’t received any reply there but this review got a reply 😂
