Worst support ever. The speaker of nest doorbell within guarantee suddenly stopped working and they endlessly send things to further test but it is totally clear, that they don't work any more and the just refuse to repair/replace it. Unbelievable.

I'm going to add my bit to the recent reviews, concerning the new observations/forecast map. I've tried it more than enough in the last week, and it's truly useless.1. It used to be possible to see rain and cloud observations only time-delayed by about 10 minutes, and therefore form one's own accurate short-term local forecast. Now it's all time-delayed by at least half an hour, which makes it virtually useless.2. Combining observations and forecast on the same map timeline is very confusing - one is constantly asking oneself the question "is this actual or is it forecast?"3. The slider timeline along the bottom is not at all helpful or useful.My taxes are paying for this! God help us! get it sorted!

This is my honest review of Cosham Benefits Centre and the GOV.UK website for the DWP, as someone who has never been out of work, and has worked since the age of 16 years old. I am utterly disgusted if I am honest the timeline of events is as follows. Having worked in the public sector for nearly 15 years in the emergency services I discovered a lump in my groin. It was operated on under general anaesphetic and diagnosed as stage 3 Hodgkin Lymphoma cancer which was at an advanced stage on 10th July 2014
In November 2014, I was sent a letter by my employer that they could no longer pay me SSP and to submit the SSP/1 form and medical certificate to the job centre. This I did on 5th December only to find on the 27th January 2015 that they had been lost and that I needed to submit a new claim log of events as below
Spoke to Glyn on the phone in Swansea who took my second claim– 27/01/2015
Spoke to Annie Bristol contact centre 02/02/2015 at 0930 hrs
confirmed that the cosham benefits centre is the correct address for ESA claims
Missed call from witheld number 04/02/2015 at 1235hrs –
message left no name ESA claims team Emma no contact number given, stated would ring back in half an hour. Spoke to Emma who confirmed my application.
Letter receieved Cosham Benefits Office 07/02/2015
From manager Mr Stevenson-Bramley dated 04/02/2015 stated medical certificate had expired as of 04/02/2015 and to send new one by 05/02/2015. Medical certificates sent on 27th from 1st December for two months, and then from 26th January to 1st March
Spoke to Dave Exeter – Contact centre at 0835 hrs on 09/02/2015
Confirmed that the letter I received is just a standard letter which is sent out to new applicants for ESA. Confirmed that they have received my two medical certificates and that someone will be in contact within the next couple of days. Has updated file that decision for half pay will not be made until Wednesday

From manager Mr Stevenson-Bramley dated 09/02/2015 stated medical certificate had expired as of 04/02/2015 and that if a further one is not received by 18/02/2015 then my benefits will cease.
The DWP are incompetent, refuse to provide a personal contact phone number for the person dealing or in this case the manager, they do not provide an email address. Their behaviour is unacceptable and causing me great stress which I really don't need in my current recovery from cancer. All in all I pity anyone else that has to deal with this organisation. They really couldn't care less about the manner in which they treat people and the stress that their factually incorrect letters cause, it seems very convenient that these letters always arrive at a weekend when you can't even contact their call centre by phone and I am considering now submitting an official complaint. The website itself is poorly laid out and makes finding the correct information incredibly difficult.

Like many others, I would have given a one star, if not for one member of their team who saved the day.My cousin died a couple of weeks back and for various reasons I was unable to go to the funeral. As a way of marking his passing, I made a donation to CR in his name. I was guaranteed that I would receive an Email acknowledging the donation that day, so I could send it to his wife. Despite that lie, I had to chase the Email up twice. Eventually I got through to Hamza, who agreed that it wasn't acceptable. I'm not sure it was Hamza's job to do so, but he personally compiled an Email and sent it to me within the hour. Over a week later I received the official Email, which of course would have been too late to send. And I think Hamza's wording was better than the official one, which just came across as a Begging letter. CR, unacceptable! Hamza, well done, thank you. I'm not sure I'll bother in future.

I purchased a Samsung Smart TV in 2020, and it worked well initially. However, one day, I noticed a large crack on the screen, dividing it into two halves. This was particularly strange because the TV had never fallen or suffered any impact.In September or december 2023, I decided to buy a new Samsung Smart TV, trusting the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, the same issue has just occurred again—the screen has cracked, despite the fact that I use the TV infrequently and have taken great care of it.This is extremely concerning. Consumers trust Samsung for product quality, yet having to replace a TV every two years is unreasonable. I can’t help but wonder if this is a design flaw or an intentional strategy to force frequent replacements. Just to let the community to be careful with products you buy at best buy.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I recently wrote to this company, reporting abuse. Someone had literally harvested all the email addresses from my workplace and put us all on their mailing list. I raised the issue of spam which this company claims to have a zero intolerance policy of…and I’ve heard NOTHING. Not even an auto response email to say they got the complaint or that they’ll look in to it. Which basically makes them virtue signallers of the first order. You can’t claim, publicly that are on the side of someone who’s been spammed if you can’t even get it together to let that person know they’ve been heard. I’mSo Sick Of companies claiming the moralhigh ground whilst not actually occupying it.

Item was promised for latest 11.6.25 after I advised that I had to leave on that day and would not be available for accepting the item. Then was advised it would be delayed by up to three days, and I cancelled the order and left the country.Was informed by email another three days later that the item had been delivered, despite my cancellation(s).THEN the run-around started! From the delivering company referred to Splittit, from there referred to Ali Express, from there referred to seller, back to Ali Express who then decided against a refund 'after internal investigation'. Apparently my two cancellations must still be in Ether space.Anyway, Ali Express - express way to frustration. Will have to take the issue up with my c/c provider to sort it out.Update: after promising to follow-up, Ali(-Round-Around) Express restarted the engine! Asked for more information, referred back to someone else, etc. despite me having cancelled the order and there are no other questions or evidence than the emails I have sent to Ali (round around) Express. Shameful!!

My booking was confirmed and cancel few minutes later but they use the word “policy” to charged me 92% of total price in my credit card (total of SGD948). At first they refuse to refund and ask me to contact the hotel by myself as they said the cancellation fee takes by hotel. After many complaint emails, they agree to refund 20%. I ask them to revoke my cancellation if they unable to refund, they refuse too with an excuse is system limitation. This platform is scam, they just wait for a mistake from you and take your money. DO NOT make any booking via their platform, instead book it directly on the hotel own website, so you can deal with hotel directly as a customer when have issue.

I booked a hotel stay for my wife and I in Las Vegas in Februrary for arrivay on Februrary 20th for 3 nights. I accidently booked it for 2 rooms instead of 1. I called Agoda's Customer service and asked Talib to cancel one of the rooms. He said he would contat the hotel and ask them if they would cancel it. He later told me they would not. I asked him to escalate tthe issue and he said he would and would contact me with the results. He never did. I used the chat feature to try to find out what was happening and still got no information about my cancellation. When I arrived at The Strat, the deskclerk told me he could now do anything to help me, I had to deal with Agoda. He gave me keys for one room and I stayed 3 nights. n On my booking Confirmation it states " "Any cancellation received within 3 days of arrival will receive one nifgts charge." I was charged tor the 2nd room for all 3 nights. Agoda will not return my my requests for action on this matter. I used them a lot in the past and was happy, Not anymore.

It's a great site when you're searching for an answer but ask a question and the only thing you will get is downvotes and people telling you how your question is not up to the policy. I went to another site asked the same question and got the answer I needed in the first five minutes by the first person who answered. It's crazy because it seems like the only goal on this site is to downvotes on questions that are not asked exactly as the rules. I deleted my account on this site. I'll create a new Stack Overflow without all the garbage this one has.

I had an Amex card several years ago for which I received a Hilton Honors bonus. I later cancelled the card because I had too many. Recently I signed back up for this card as they offered a seemingly amazing bonus only to find that somewhere in the fine print, they had declined my reward offer since I received a previous award. I guess I must be naive, but this should have been front and center, not buried in the fine print. When I called customer service asking to cancel and get a refund on my annual fee, they said because I was beyond 30 days out (I was at 33 days) I get nothing. No rewards and no refunded fees. This is bait and switch if I've ever seen one! Be careful what you get into as IMO this company engages in deceptive practices.
