Great customer service

I ordered from Abercrombie for the first time in December and I bought a hoodie for my partner. It arrived really fast but there was an issue with my order- they sent the wrong size. I have to say the customer service was brill, I had a prompt response to my query and they sorted out my replacement item which, again, arrived fast. Overall a good experience despite the messed up sizes ! ☺️

Online ordering is Terrible avoid at all costs.Ordered and return items, Royal Mail tracked and marked as delivered 3 weeks ago but online chat says it then must be delivered over to the Netherlands first in order for it to officially be delivered? Still have no refund

Scam artists who don't care about their…

Scam artists who don't care about their customers! Returns sent in Nov, I'm still waiting for the refunds. Owed nearly £200, online chat & email are useless an just pass it round from one department to the next. Tracking shows they have my returns, now going through my bank to try an get my money back. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. Check the comments on their socials it's full of the same issues.

APALLING SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU RETURN AND YOU WILL BE LIED TO! I opened a return on 31/11, order 70012864124 for a very large order of around £1,800! I returned nearly all the items a few days later as didn’t like much of it. I returned in 3 parcels TRACKING NO: #VZ962294216GB #VZ962945124GB #VZ963370165GB. All returns were delivered on the 7th,8th,9th of December. I have literally heard nothing back saying they’ve received them. I went on live chat and the advisor lied to me for OVER AN HOUR! Saying that it was already refunded?! I asked for proof of this and she made up some lie as to why she could not show me proof of refund. I told her to then send me an automated email of the refund. She pretended to send one and I didn’t receive anything?! I called up, they then said I have to wait for their payments team to contact me. Another 2-3 days, because it is a large return?! What does that matter? It’s my rights to be able to return whatever I want in brand new, labelled condition. I might lose £1,800 because they won’t respond to my emails, or on any social media. I am absolutely disgusted with this service. I have been a loyal customer for MANY years, I have spent THOUSANDS OF POUNDS with abercrombie, both online and in store. I always recommend their clothes to friends and family. I have been messed around for days now. Being told various information from various advisors. Safe to say I will NEVER shop from this brand again. They should take a leaf out of Monica Vinaders book and see how excellent their reviews are. There’s a reason for that - they put their customers first! Disgusted. My Christmas has been ruined from this stress.

Awful Internal Process

Purchased an item that needed to be exchanged to a new size. It took over a month to get any response after sending the item; in the end I had to chase them. Abercrombie reassured me I would receive my exchange. Then the next week I got an email saying my item had ran out of stock and will have to be back ordered. I cancelled the exchange due to how long it was taking and lost all faith in Abercrombie internal process. If purchasing from Abercrombie I would highly advise to look at Next, Zara or Jack Wills for similar items. I believe them to be much safer options.

Absolutely rubbish Customer Service

Absolutely rubbish Customer Service. Ordered some very expensive pack of boxers to give as a gift and the cardboard the boxers come in was ripped and tatty, so they look like I bought them in a sale last year and stuffed them in a cupboard for a year. Emailed them over 5 days ago with no response. Next year I'll buy another brand for sure.

Appalling Service both on the phone and via email.Why does it take Abercrombie over two weeks to process a return and process a refund? Why is there no email / SMS acknowledgement of receipt of the returned items ?Why does Abercrombie Customer services lack the required skills to handle customer queries / concerns?I would love to hear from the CEO for an explanation of why refunds take as much as three weeks to reach the relevant customer account. I would also like to understand just what level of training is provided to their Customer Services Staff?

Useless Chat Customer Service

They use shady delivery companies. The delivery company lost my order. I waited weeks for my order with ZERO updates. Then when I looked up my tracking, I see the delivery company came to my address while I was at work, left no notice or place to pick up my order and then sent my items back. No updates at all from Abercrombie or the delievery company. Abercrombie chat helps by sending out a replacement order. Wonderful. However, one of my items isn't available now and they refund me. I ask for another size in the same style to be sent instead. Nope, won't do it. I have to wait for a refund, then place a new order and pay for shipping for this item and wait another set of weeks on an order I originally wanted weeks ago. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. They also refused to send me an order update through email. Also was refused to be sent a chat transcript of my conversation with the customer service person. Be careful ordering from there, especially in Canada. They choose subpar, sketchy delivery companies and then don't care to properly make the order right. I'm disappointed. Perhaps shopping in person is always the best option.

Order cancelled by courier without…

Order cancelled by courier without contacting me. I paid £10 extra specifically for same day day delivery as the item is needed for an important event. If same day wasn’t feasible because of a courier error then contact me. Next day would have been fine. Instead, the item is now out of stock, customer support unable to help in any way shape or form. Hugely disappointed. Poor service. A&F will be losing my service as a customer.
