Terrible. Never again Emirates

Recently flown emirates connected with Turkish and on return Qatar and emirates. All in business. Wow what a difference (in a bad way). Emirates crew were all Italian talking in Italian and made joke about my jacket (I do speak Spanish so I understood most do the conversation). Food was barely edible and my partners seat was broken. After Turkish and Qatar being beyond superb in all of the points, I decided to escalate that to EK. After a month they responded with copy and paste manner. “ “Stating crew did not report anything”. What a broken company culture.

This company does work constantly on making their service even better. The new paid subscribers plan is good, though more features are needed. I would have given 5 stars if is have experienced better promotions for lesser popular or niche podcasters, such as mine.

Love this product!

Love this product. It's iMovie on steroids. Used the mesh of video, music (i.e. iTunes, samples) and photos to present at a college men's soccer banquet. No other product is able to deliver this functionality for a max time of 20 minutes, let alone two minutes. Areas to improve are always there. The edit photo option would be great if it had a function similar to iMovie (i.e. Brady) where you could set it to zoom in or out at a certain part of the photo. Also would be nice to have an option of paying a premium if you had to go over the twenty minutes. It would be a great source of ancillary income. I would have paid $25-$50/minute per project. Otherwise feel blessed to have switched over from another product.

Absolutely horrendous forecasting

Absolutely horrendous forecasting. Even right now, it is absolutely torrential rain outside, but the forecast insists there is a less than 5% chance that it will rain at any point before Thursday. This is always the case here in Wales: the met office says one thing and completely the opposite actually happens. Absolutely shocking forecasting, no idea why you even bother or why anyone thinks your forecasting has any value or merit whatsoever.

Extremely disappointed with flipkart

Extremely disappointed with flipkart. For consecutive 3 orders i am given wrong items. Flipkart acknowledged all 3 times that its a mistake from seller side and they cant do anything about it other then requesting for refund minus delivery charges. I ended up paying delivery charges 3 times for wrong product. As per flipkart if seller sends the wrong item then seller can issue refund but delivery charges is customer responsibility. In short customer pay for seller mistake and flipkart has no accountability. They are in middle just to get commission. I am very disappointed.

I have been using spotify for a few months now and with the podcasts you barely notice them. The podcasts play from oldest to newest some other apps go backwards after you finish an epsiode which I found confusing.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My computer keeps breaking even though I only bought it in May. They will not replace it only send it off to repair but trying to get any answers or support has been a complete nightmare and very stressful to me and my business.

Was having issues with Dropbox causing…

Was having issues with Dropbox causing my laptop to crash so wanted to move all to online only. Then the dropbox rep said my app needed to be uninstalled and reinstalled due to issues. It only got worse from there. I'm on my 3rd service person now. Their customer service method is horrible. Even when I do a chat they end up saying it needs to be switched to email communication now...and can take days to respond to that. Their customer service works great for them, not customers.

APALLING SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU RETURN AND YOU WILL BE LIED TO! I opened a return on 31/11, order 70012864124 for a very large order of around £1,800! I returned nearly all the items a few days later as didn’t like much of it. I returned in 3 parcels TRACKING NO: #VZ962294216GB #VZ962945124GB #VZ963370165GB. All returns were delivered on the 7th,8th,9th of December. I have literally heard nothing back saying they’ve received them. I went on live chat and the advisor lied to me for OVER AN HOUR! Saying that it was already refunded?! I asked for proof of this and she made up some lie as to why she could not show me proof of refund. I told her to then send me an automated email of the refund. She pretended to send one and I didn’t receive anything?! I called up, they then said I have to wait for their payments team to contact me. Another 2-3 days, because it is a large return?! What does that matter? It’s my rights to be able to return whatever I want in brand new, labelled condition. I might lose £1,800 because they won’t respond to my emails, or on any social media. I am absolutely disgusted with this service. I have been a loyal customer for MANY years, I have spent THOUSANDS OF POUNDS with abercrombie, both online and in store. I always recommend their clothes to friends and family. I have been messed around for days now. Being told various information from various advisors. Safe to say I will NEVER shop from this brand again. They should take a leaf out of Monica Vinaders book and see how excellent their reviews are. There’s a reason for that - they put their customers first! Disgusted. My Christmas has been ruined from this stress.

Another ridiculous federal agency..

Another ridiculous federal agency... I want to file for social security, but I know that if I file online, I would still have to call someone to get my questions answered during the process. I called early enough in the day, but apparently, all the employees are playing video games while getting paid to "work" at home... The original message told me to expect a hold time of 100 minutes - I've now been on hold for over 4 hours. .. Pretty sure their goal is just for us to give up. I have to wonder, are they unable to do their job because they have too many of their staff checking to see if we are saying anything that is true but deemed "misinformation" on facebook?... I guess I'd better take down my post about men not being able to get pregnant. I worked for the government and I may have to revise my estimate based on my years there, that for every one federal worker who works, there are at least 10 who just kind of hang around.
