APALLING SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU RETURN AND YOU WILL BE LIED TO! I opened a return on 31/11, order 70012864124 for a very large order of around £1,800! I returned nearly all the items a few days later as didn’t like much of it. I returned in 3 parcels TRACKING NO: #VZ962294216GB #VZ962945124GB #VZ963370165GB. All returns were delivered on the 7th,8th,9th of December. I have literally heard nothing back saying they’ve received them. I went on live chat and the advisor lied to me for OVER AN HOUR! Saying that it was already refunded?! I asked for proof of this and she made up some lie as to why she could not show me proof of refund. I told her to then send me an automated email of the refund. She pretended to send one and I didn’t receive anything?! I called up, they then said I have to wait for their payments team to contact me. Another 2-3 days, because it is a large return?! What does that matter? It’s my rights to be able to return whatever I want in brand new, labelled condition. I might lose £1,800 because they won’t respond to my emails, or on any social media. I am absolutely disgusted with this service. I have been a loyal customer for MANY years, I have spent THOUSANDS OF POUNDS with abercrombie, both online and in store. I always recommend their clothes to friends and family. I have been messed around for days now. Being told various information from various advisors. Safe to say I will NEVER shop from this brand again. They should take a leaf out of Monica Vinaders book and see how excellent their reviews are. There’s a reason for that - they put their customers first! Disgusted. My Christmas has been ruined from this stress.
