I’ve never had a more stressful…

I’ve never had a more stressful shopping experience. I was overcharged multiple times — including a duplicated £25.54 and a failed £126.48 payment that still got taken from my bank. I had to chase Amazon for days just to confirm what was actually processed, what had failed, and what I was waiting to be refunded. I was told different things by different agents, with no clear answer until I involved my bank.To make things worse, the delivery drivers never knock or ring the bell. My packages are constantly left outside in full view, unattended, and often on the wet ground. It’s careless and completely unacceptable — especially for expensive supplements and health items.Between the payment chaos and the delivery issues, I’m honestly done. Amazon used to be reliable, but this experience has been appalling from start to finish.Life is hard enough, you’re making things much worse.

Worst company I have ever ordered from by far. I submitted an order December 8th it’s now 11 days later & it hasn’t been sent out yet. I’ve only got an order confirmation sent via email, I called it several times they keep saying the same thing “Its at a warehouse waiting for carrier” Before I placed the order it showed in back & white print “APPROXIMATELY 7-10 business day for delivery” plus I my order confirmation states that it’s suppose to be expected in TWO days from now which is December 22nd!! what should I do to avoid getting scammed? I’m hearing such awful, horrible stories from this company. Should I call my Bank and request a charge back?? Help??

ADIDAS CUSTOMER SERVICE IF FULL OF RUDE INCLUDING THE SUPERVISORS AND MANAGEMENT!!!! I MADE A ORDER BACK IN JULY 2024 I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!! SO I HAVE TO WAIT TWO MONTHS TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!! SO THEY GAVE ME A GIFT CARD AS A GOODWILL GESTURE!!!! SO I USED THE GIFT CARD A MONTH LATER!!!! BUT THE ITEMS WAS SOLD OUT AND THEY HAD TO REFUND ME THE 85 DOLLARS BACK TO THE GIFT CARD!!!! FAST FORWARD TO APRIL I WENT ON MY ACCOUNT TO USE THE GIFT CARD AND MAKE A ORDER FOR A PAIR OF SHOES I WANT THE GIFT CARD IS NO LONGER THERE AND WHEN I CALL IN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ACT LIKE THEY'VE SENT ME THE GIFT CARD SO MANY TIMES THAT THEY CAN'T SEND IT TO ME ANYMORE AND WHEN I ASK THEM TO JUST GIVE ME THE CARD NUMBER AND PIN NUMBER THEY SAY WE'RE GOING ON CIRCLES AND HANG UP!!!! I ADVISE NOT TO ORDER ONLINE FROM ADIDAS PERSONALLY AND DO 3RD PARTY OR IN STORE CAUSE THEY ARE TRASHY WITH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT TEAM AND VERY RUDE

So tired of them stealing my points I earn. Why offer points if they expire? Its just for Amazon gift cards anyway and it takes 2000 points to get a $10 one. It takes 10 reservations to even get to the 2000 points and seeing how I am middle class and can't afford to eat out non-stop, it takes me a few years to get to the 2000. But nope, they expire after 3 years no matter what, so you get screwed before even reaching the 2000 points. Just so absurd to have a points program, if you take them away.

I contacted GitHub Support to cancel my Copilot subscription due to serious privacy concerns. Instead of assisting, they instructed me to use Copilot itself to solve the issue — the very product I was trying to cancel.Despite my clear request, they refused to cancel the plan directly, forcing me to navigate it on my own.GitHub should provide a transparent, intuitive, & centralized subscription management interface — where canceling Copilot or any plan is smooth, visible, & requires only a few clicks.The current process is frustrating, opaque, & feels intentionally unethical — undermining user trust.

I booked a hotel through AGODA unfortunately, We were not able to arrive because my son was hospitalized that time. We ask for the free cancellation refund or change date but they said it was not allowed. We even sent the medical certificate. We are asking for a changed date. How inconsiderate.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!We booked a snorkeling boat trip in Cancun via Tripadvisor, which was a scam and Tripadvisor denied refund.It was quite windy in the days before so underwater visibility was terrible. We had a snorkeling booked in Tulum the day before that got canceled because of this, of course that was a responsible and fair service provider, unlike AquaWorld. I texted them in the morning, they canceled the early morning trip but then a few hours later they said that our original planned 11am trip is happening. So they took us out to the reef and surprise, surprise it was like swimming in a murky lake. You couldn't see past your own leg. So they took us out snorkeling where you couldn't do the only thing that was advertised. We complained at the front desk, they agreed but said we need to contact Tripadvisor because we booked through them. So that's what we did, but Tripadvisor says that since we took part on the trip, it happened successfully. A total scam because the provider KNEW that the visibility is useless. The minimum they could have done is advise us in advance about our chances.

Tripadvisor review policy sucks!

Hi guys, I was trying to publish a negative review of the Vueling Airline Company since 20 of September more or less and finally on the 18th of October, after a lot of rejections without any reasonable reasons, unable to post print screens made by my personal phone, unable to post the Vueling original reply message and so on... , managed to post the review on their platform. I can understand every platform has it's own policy in order to avoid further complications and practically to keep the process simple in generally..., still I don't see the problem when the authenticity of any additional info/media support can be verified.
