She was kind, patient, and incredibly efficient in making the changes I needed. Thanks to her, everything was sorted quickly and smoothly. I have had nothing but problems with AT&T and I have given them years to fix it. They did good from about 2006-2019 but lately nothing but problems!!! For starters I had to get an upgrade due to my battery not charging...get the upgrade wont send/receive calls or texts. Then they send me an insurance replacement and charge me $350.00 NOT HAPPY as my phone was still under warranty and when I called to dispute the charge they said to talk to Assurion....Well Assurion informed me it was a manufacturers default and I should not have to pay. So I have spent the last 3 days trying to get in contact with AT&T and the agents always push me on to somebody else that I have to explain everything all over. So after more than a total of 4 hours on hold and explaining myself I had to put in for a call back for today and as soon as the agent said Hello and I said hello back she hung up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The delivery drivers being used by Amazon are not at all professional, throwing parcels from the side of the road often end up damaged, drivers racing around on small streets without due care and attention, recently parked on my drive while delivering parcels in the street non of which were mine, I’m seriously thinking of cancelling my account, you can often find the items much cheaper in the shops or online, if you tell Amazon about your experience they don’t give a dam

Had an issue with bank reconciliation since moving over to Quickbooks from Sage. Have tried various solutions with no solution. The person (Arce) that I spoke to was very patient and understanding of the problem, and actually took the time to listen to the problem and then help me find a solution.

Very bad experience. I wouldn’t give any star but one star is the minimum for a review. I booked for an activity online and it came up with a message that there was a problem with my booking “ooops…something went wrong…). So I did it again after a few minutes. But the second one gave me the same error message as well, so I stopped. When I went to read my emails, I found out two confirmation emails of two bookings. I had been charged in both bookings. I tried explaining what happened about their online system giving an incorrect message. Had it not been for their erroneous message online during booking, I would not have done a second booking. And now I was trying to explain what happened but they don’t listen and they don’t care…if it’s not refundable, then that’s it no refund regardless of the circumstances even if it was caused by their lousy system. What a scheme! And their customer service experience kept on saying sorry, we truly value your business, we understand how disappointing it is when the system does not function as expected, etc. Really! What a fake! Your system is misleading the customers!! And you don’t get it? Do not trust them and would not book with them ever! Be careful everyone!

My account was recently compromised as I got a notification from my bank stating of a purchase that I didn't make. I went to try the online chat to see if it was possible to connect to an agent. Although there was a wait time of about 30mins to connect to an agent, everything after that went very smoothly and within 30 mins I was able to change the email address of the account, recover it fully and able to reactivate 2 factor authentication. I previously heard of Sony having terrible customer service, but that was not the case.

Just did a Lyft today. Upfront quote was $50.11. Driver was great and gave him a healthy tip. However, Informed via email hours later of final cost $59.13 -- without my tip. Lyft neglected to add several fees: Accessibility Fee, City of Chicago Airport, McCormick Place fee, Navy Pier Surcharge, and City of Chicago Fee. How convenient.

I used the free DropBox very happily for all my personal info for several years until a few months ago. One particular day I needed immediate access to an especially critical file. Without warning DP denied access to my folders and demanded an immediate subscription because I had exceeded a (previously undeclared) limit to the number of devices connected to my account. In effect DropBox held me to ransom for money to access my own file. I was furious. Revenge is a dish best served cold. I have now moved all my data from DB and onto Apple iCloud storage and am about to close my DB account for ever. This company deserves to go bust for their customer treatment.

Absolutely rubbish Customer Service. Ordered some very expensive pack of boxers to give as a gift and the cardboard the boxers come in was ripped and tatty, so they look like I bought them in a sale last year and stuffed them in a cupboard for a year. Emailed them over 5 days ago with no response. Next year I'll buy another brand for sure.

They trespassed across our private land compromising ours and our staying guests safety. After several attempts copy and pasting url’s etc I cannot have the comment removed by google, even though the act of trespass is illegal. Yes the worst review platform ever for business.Customer care non existent.
