Returned items 10th March via Royal mail. Now 15th April with still no status on refund after chasing them via email and Web chat.Tshirts were good just too long. Returns process one of the worst I've ever had so recommend avoiding.Edit: +1 star after contacting their Web chat again and showing pictures of my return on the abercrombie account and of my royal mail tracke delivery they say they have initiated the refund 3-5 business days. This includes the £5 return fees which I think is v poor business practice. The returns process should NOT be this bad. I don't know if they have a bad delivery partner or if abercrombie is having cash flow issues. Maybe its a Hanlons razer situation (never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity) but the cynic in me says they are doing this on purpose. Again clothing quality seemed good. I only have 1 store here in Scotland so unfortunately had to order online which I don't like for clothing. Def recommend going into a store if you can.
