Horrible online customer service! The call center is over seas so useless if you have a problem, no one understands English fully. I simply called in about being charge twice which turns out it was a pre-auth that shows up a double charge. My account was overdrawn by -$2,593.33. They totally didn’t understand. They kept saying you’re calling in to dispute the charge? You’re calling in because we charged you twice for shipping. No! That’s not what I said. Secondly, my order is a pickup in the store so where did you get shipping from? The main problem is they don’t understand nor comprehend English. I was calling in because both the Pre-auth and the actual charge is on my account. I need the pre-with removed. Otherwise it’s going to take 2 to 5 business days with my account overdrawn. I ended up getting no where and left in great frustration. Useless online help.

The latest version of the Telegraph is awful, slow to load, crossword does not work properly. Come on Telegraph a rating this low by all is very poor. No improvement over the last version which to my mind was ok and fully functioning.

It's a great platform for anyone who loves going to concerts! You can track your artists (auto import from last.fm / spotify), then you know when they are coming to your city. You can also explore the concerts in your city and see what's on tonight, or what's playing in your favorite club for the next month. Recommendation system works nicely with related artists. Users can also review concerts, so that others know what to expect! There are prices and links to buy tickets from online shops, too. The only thing I miss is adding my friends so that we can have access to each other's plans (which somehow works with Facebook integration, but only shows some random recent plans).The Android application works fine for the basic functionalities, the web interface is richer - which makes sense. Great!

The video on the 50"samsung smart tv wthen flashed blue and black on the screen.The rep did offer a one time curtesy of labor and parts on them. after 3 weeks to get parts and tecnicians to do the repair, we finally find out from samsung they dont have the parts. there have been 4 tickets issued and now cancelled by samsung. They will not replace or refund for a lemon of an item of theirs. the tv was only 23 months old. They keep saying it is out of warranty as their excuse. I have the email from them about the one time curtesy. They knew they had this problem and they wouldn't honor their commitment. They should try harder to be customer orientated.

The price gouging is out of control. The kitchen bags are listed as sold out. The same bags, the exact same product, is then listed at $5 more than the product posted sold out. My dish soap went up $3 overnight. I plan to do my shopping anywhere but Kroger before I spend another penny making some stockholder/banker money. I'll take it another step and shop mom and pops.

Be very careful when dealing with this company. There was an IT who worked briefly on our website and set up an account using our banking information without our knowledge. They continue to charge my account even though I reached to them. After knowing all the facts, they still would not refund the unauthorized charges of the most recent year. Watch out for your account if you are dealing with them

My girlfriend, her mother and I have cruised on Royal Caribbean many times. We are Diamond members. Due to the COVID19 virus, my girlfriend's 84 year old mother was panicking and cancelled our cruise set for May 1st. She turned down credit for a future cruise and accepted a 75% penalty due to her fears about the pandemic. This is all spelled out in their cancellation policy, but a week later, they cancelled all cruises through May 11th. Even though they cancelled the cruise, they refuse to refund our money because we cancelled first. How can they keep our money for a cruise that they themselves have cancelled? They took advantage of an old woman's fears and have lost our business forever.

I ordered my furniture 6 days ago and they have not delivered. Customer service is terrible. I have received so many excuses regarding the delivery date. Every time I call they say my order will be delivered. Asked to speak to a manager and it didn’t happen. It’s December 7th and still waiting. Just moved to Baltimore. Sad experience.
