I wish I read the reviews first before buying. Should of bought another fitbit. Ordered Garmin vivosmart4 on recommendation from my husband. Placed on 12th July. Receipt said can take up to 6 weeks. 6 days ago got email to say it would arrive the following day. It did not. 4 days ago I got an email to say unable to deliver? No delivery was attempted. I was at home. So was my husband. No-one rang the doorbell. Tracking said wrong delivery address twice which it wasn't. Then no one home. Then said delivery be attempted the following day which it wasn't. Tried calling on hold 12 minutes already. Appalling customer service for such an expensive product.

I will NEVER use fandango again. I purchased tickets accidentally for the incorrect day and realized it after the movie time passed. I called Fandango first, and they weren't helpful at all. They showed no compassion or empathy for the situation. They said we can't help at all immediately. Fandango has nothing in place for customer accidents like this. The movies aren't cheap and we make mistakes, so to have nothing in place to help ease the blow of the mistake is wild. I didn't want a refund. I just wanted to get tickets to the movie I didn't see or a gift card to offset the repurchase. (Something) I reached out to the theater, and they immediately showed empathy. The theater also stated they can help allow my mother and me to see the movie tonight.

I’m going to close my Macy’s card. I have been a client for 15 years. I received $50 in star rewards. I called to customer service asking to assist with my purchase and apply my star money. They confirmed that they applied. Today I received a bill where they haven’t. It wasn’t my mistake. After 55 min on being on the phone with Macy’s and being transferred from one department to another , I gave up. Macy’s refused to apply this star money on my account As a credit even thought it’s Macy’s error. I see they don’t care about their customers. They made me pay for the items in full. I took the tags off. I’mSo disappointed

ONLINE SHOPPING AT MACY’S NOT RECOMMENDED. I ordered my baby girl a jumper February 17 2021 & was told it would be shipped by Feb 22, 2021. By February 24 when I didn’t hear anything or received anything I check my email for tracking info and it said it was back ordered until March 24. I called macys 24 hr number that was in the email and spoke with Kristen or kristene not sure how it was pronounced but she canceled my back order and said my money would be returned within three days. It’s now March 3rd and my money has not been returned nor has my item been shipped. I spoke to her again and she did not help. She just kept saying I have to keep waiting. Who wants to hear that. You have my money and my product and I have to wait longer than the two weeks I already waited. If I would have known they were going to put me in such situation I wouldn’t have ever placed that order. Once refunded I’m not shopping online at Macy’s again. Tooo many inconveniences and no accommodations.

I have resisted posting this. I have been trying to be patient. I have a "premiere warranty," case that has been going on with Lenovo since approximately 12/7/2020. It began with the failure of my camera/microphone, followed by my touch screen, and more. I have had five tech calls from Worldwide Tech (WWT), none of which came in the appropriate timing next-day/two-day. It's been weeks. I will say the WWT technicians have been great, friendly, caring, and dedicated. I have spent countless hours on the phone with tech support and never has a tech support manager called me as I have requested numerous times. As of today, I still have not heard from Lenovo, although the Senior person, at WWT says he escalated it to the Lenovo program manager who has the initials DB. I am being professional by not putting DB's name out. Anyway, at this point, no one would want the melon of a Yoga s740 that is under one-year-old. I highly discourage anyone considering a Lenovo to look carefully! They have not met their warranty or support responsibilities. They do not seem to give a darn that I rely on my computer to provide Telehealth services to my clients. Yes, I recognize COVID is in part to blame. But not this much. There's been so much error, delay, lack of respect and that is Lenovo, not COVID-19.

Sorry I just find it very inappropriate, when just now watching ,,hotel Transylvania 2” with my family and first advert appears to be of mens underwear, a quiet chubby male dancing and shaking his bottom and front in a very tight pair of underwear’s my two daughters aged 7&8 doing ,,eeewww..” noises. I would never think this kind of advert would be suitable to stick in the middle of a family movie, which exposes kids to such subjects. Can I please ask to review your list of adverts you play as I really found that disgusting, and I am sure a lot of parents too..

Honestly I’m so disheartened. A train was delayed- completely out of my control- and I asked them hours in advance if there’s any wat to reschedule. Turns out you just lose a ton of money- there’s no way they can make exceptions at all, even if you inform them in advance. I regret using them for my holidays. Stay away.

I placed an order for a phone case in August. I immediately realized I ordered the wrong case. I sent an email explaining this and asked to update the order. Radio silence. I called, I emailed, I said many times I wanted to cancel. Nothing. I started with resolution thru paypal, and immediately got a tracking number. I again said I canceled this order give me my money back. Nothing. I finally received the case that I canceled, with no way to return for free, and now I can't even pursue them thru PayPal. I have lost soo much time on this. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Security tag was left on item I ordered online. Customer service told me to email customerservice at urbanoutfitters.co.uk. Clearly call centre with no idea. Not surprising as other reviews reflect poor customer service. No compensation offered for inconvenient error and told to return it or take it to a store. Poor and pretty disappointing.

Anthropologie has now officially kept over $350 of my money for returned items I no longer have. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT SHOP HERE if you're an international customer, particularly from Canada.The return label they originally provided was deactivated without notice, leaving me to pay out-of-pocket to ship internationally. I followed all instructions exactly, and the items were received at their warehouse weeks ago—confirmed through tracking. Now, they are refusing a refund on the grounds that the shipping confirmation lacks an order number, despite the fact that their own return process made that impossible.After a long period of silence, I was finally contacted by customer support—only to be told that they can't process my refund until I have “proof of shipping” that explicitly shows my order number. Here's the kicker: = return shipping label from UPS DO NOT INCLUDE any order reference, and their own customer service agent told me to ship the return at my own expense using UPS.The items were received by Anthropologie over a month ago (confirmed via UPS tracking), and I’ve provided all documentation I was given. Still, they are refusing a refund on a technicality THEY created. This is not just poor customer service—it’s deeply dishonest , hiding behind broken return systems and fine print to block customers from getting their money back.Anthropologie’s returns process is opaque, broken, and designed to fail, especially for international buyers. I have been polite, patient, and followed every step asked of me, and still, this company has effectively stolen $350 from me.Avoid at all costs. Buy from literally anywhere else.
